    My stay could not have been better. Early checkin allowed me a bit of rest to transition from a day of travel to evening business. I slept great. Clean comfy bed.     Our first room was smelly and the bed and bed skirt were dirty. The first room my friends were in the pullout bed was moldy. This place would have such great potential if they updated the place. There was also very little outdoor furniture to sit on at the poor. The staff and breakfast I give an A+ very friendly!     Clean room. But big billing issue.

    The stay itself was nice, with a comfortable bed and clean facilities. The problem came when, 5 days after we checked out and paid in full, a Oending Hold transaction was put on my debit card (linked to our checking account) for $120.65. With a future transaction date of July 1. This was on May 23. It subtracted the funds from our account immediately, and as I write this, it’s been nearly a month and the transaction is still there. I’ve called the front desk repeatedly. I’ve left messsges and sent emails to general manager Sony Khayar that have been unreturned. I have talked to IHG customer service. I have called my bank. No one takes responsibility. Lesson learned - never use your personal bank account to pay for a hotel. Use a credit card instead. And for me personally, I will never stay at an IHG property again.     Bed Bugs – Stay Away

    I stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of April 2025 and unfortunately had a horrific and traumatizing experience. During my stay, I was bitten dozens of times by bed bugs. I woke up itching and saw faint bite marks all over my legs. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and pest control.I walked down to the front desk that morning, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. They didn't seem surprised or apologetic. I had to request the manager's contact info so I could make a formal complaint. There was no sincere apology, no expression they would inspect the room, and no follow-up. I had to follow up with them. I did report this to the local Health Department as I was concerned for the health and safety of other guests. The Health Department emailed me saying "it’s important to note that bed bugs can be difficult to detect in early stages, and activity may still be present but not yet visible. I do hope you are ok and feeling better." This was not only uncomfortable and stressful but ruined a week of my life. I had to seek medical help, I was on medications, pills and creams to help the pain and constant itch that left me sleepless for a week and in so much discomfort I missed days of work. I urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Hygiene and guest safety should be a basic standard, and sadly, this property failed on both counts. In my research, this hotel has received other negative reviews of bugs crawling on sheets and guests being bitten. Look at the photos. Unfortunately, I discovered these reviews after my visit, sadly as I could've avoided a horrific situation. It's been a couple weeks and I still have marks on my legs from the bites healing. I will never stay at this hotel again and urge you to stay away for your health.     Check in with Sunil was wonderful. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but you could see dirt along the edges of the carpeting. The first night we were going to stop in the bar for Happy Hour but it was dark and there was no bartender. When we came back from dinner I asked Sunil at the front desk where I could get a glass of wine. He said the bar was open but there was no bartender. I walked in and she was sitting in the very back booth. She got up and helped me but she was not very welcoming. The second night we went to the bar the bartender was there and kind of friendly but didn’t seem to understand me very well. She had a very hard time opening the bottle of wine and broke the cork. We had breakfast the last morning and it was good. The front end staff was very pleasant to deal with while checking out.
