  Not sure why all the negative comments. We were just passing thru with a family of 6. I asked on booking for extra towels and wash clothes. We pulled in about 9pm. It is easy off and on the highway. The parking lot had ample parking up close. There was a baseball tourney that weekend and the hotel was packed. Even being packed, the hotel was clean. No one was running around misbehaving. I requested a digital key and by 9 pm it had not arrived. I walked up to the front desk where a smiling face was happy to see me and she apologized saying that the check in time that I requested did not have the room ready for and though it was ready on my late arrival, they did not follow through and update the key. She did that at that moment and I went to my room. It was not at all a big deal. The room was super clean. Remember those extra towels that I asked for? They left them! They get extra points for that, because most times that is never fulfilled at other hotels. My shower was nice and hot. I slept great. Woke up to a full hot breakfast that was promptly refilled, cleaned up and fed us all, even the ball players and their families too! Extra points for having tea bags to make a cup of tea, since I do not like coffee. Put all my stuff in my car using their carts which were ample. No problems in the parking lot with the car. I was really impressed and I will keep this location in mind for future stops.

  The staff is clueless and not very helpful when needed, but the accommodations are suitable. I needed to make changes to my reservation and the gentlemen at the desk had no idea what he was doing. I went to my room and called the 800 number to do it.

  My vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I informed the guy at the front desk that my vehicle was gone he was very nonchalant and did not seem to care. Gave me paperwork to fill out and that was pretty much the extent of his help. When I asked about surveillance footage for the parking lot he said there was a process to go through for him to obtain it and it couldn't be viewed. I called the police and made a report. A couple days later I called back to inquire about the surveillance footage. The same person told me that there was no footage because I parked in a blind spot. Are you kidding me? I parked directly in front of the back entrance that was fully lit. So, no footage of who stole my vehicle or how they did it, to give to the authorities. My vehicle still has not been recovered after over a week now. I have not been contacted by Hilton at all in the aftermath. Needless to say, I will not be staying at any Hilton property ever again.

  Our company has used this hotel for statewide testing the last several years. I am always so impressed with the staff. They are very welcoming and accommodating. Their breakfast is excellent! Each and every staff member from the manager, front desk, chef, to the custodial staff is exceptional!
