    Overall, excellent hotel1. you should offer hot water/tea kettles. Just because it's texas, it doesn't mean there aren't tea-only drinkers; fine hotels in NY, LA, Chicago, Europe, Asia etc provide this. And, good tea2. The food was fine, but at breakfast, the wait staff was disarmed about making tea, and then made and served tea that you could read the newspaper through. It resembled lemonade more than Breakfast tea.You might imagine how disappointed your guests would be if the breakfast coffee was this poor.

    The hotel and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Beyond expectations. The food and drinks were outstanding. The employees are all very courteous and always happy to help with any need you might have. I recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Dallas.

    This hotel was exceptional across the board! Every single staff member was beyond helpful, friendly and kind. They all had great recommendations if we needed them and were very attentive. The spa was phenomenal and one of the best massages I’ve had. I will be back for sure!
