    Disappointing is an understatement. Go elsewhere!

    I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and unfortunately, 4 of those nights there was no hot water. That alone was frustrating, but what really pushed it over the edge was the lack of follow-up from management—even after completing the post-stay survey, no one reached out despite claims that they would.The Parlor bar was another big letdown. More than once I sat for 15–20 minutes before having to ask the bartender if I could place a food order since they never asked if I was going to eat. One night, the bartender spilled nearly half my margarita on the bar and still charged me for it. On top of that, the food menu is misleading—items like the fried pickles didn’t come with the chipotle ranch as advertised, and the chef salad was missing turkey entirely.The location is convenient, but I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Between the water issues, poor service, and inconsistent food, it just wasn’t worth it.     A Wonderful 4 Days

    I had a wonderful four night stay. The lobby is comfortable and cozy. Love the bar/dining area. Also very pretty and cozy. The bartender is a lot of fun. The rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfortable and the a/c is excellent. There was a coffeemaker and fridge in my room. I had a couple small issues during my stay. The gentleman at the night desk had them taken care of in minutes. Close to shopping, dining, and access to the highway. You won't go wrong if you stay here.     Amazing all around stay. Check in and out were smooth. Well lit parking lot and immaculate property. Modern and beautiful room that was spacious. Clean and modern bathroom. Overall excellent stay.
