    Never stay at a Hyatt again!!!

    This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. A guy came into our room before check out and stole one of our bags. I called the front desk and the guy that stole it brought it back. The breakfast was horrible as well. They offered to give us points but never did. My wife did there survey an asked someone to contact her but they never did. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!     The hotel is right next to the airport and incredibly convenient for layovers or an early flight.     Short stay, but a good stay. Hotel close to DFW and the airport shuttle was great. Clean and comfortable hotel. Wi-Fi worked fine. Would definitely stay there again.     Beautiful room. Clean bathroom. Great hot breakfast buffet! Customer service was very good! Example: They are using large white rented shuttle vans while waiting for their own new vans to arrive. These shuttles were very high off the ground so you had to step up almost two feet to climb in. I have a bad hip so I couldn't get in the van. The staff went to find a step stool. They couldn't find one so someone in the wood shop built a custom wooden platform step in less than 15 minutes just for me! See photo.
