    Hotel allows Marijuana in the rooms

    Would not recommend this hotel if you have health issues related to Marijuana ir cigarette smoke. While the hotel does advertise as non-smoking, they do allow people to smoke in their rooms and hallway. Our room had an overwhelming odor of Marijuana and in the hallway. I mentioned the odor twice to the front desk and manager and nothing was done. There was also no accommodation for our family for having headaches to from the smell and following hotel policy. Would recommend the Holiday Inn and Suites right next door.     Excellent location, good and clean rooms. Very courteous front office staff. It's located right on FM road so accessible to all places near by.     Run,I would NOT stay at this hotel. It is a waste of money!

    No hot water it’s shower or sink. Very low water pressure. Soap in the shower was sticky and gross. Arrived with black hair in the shower, gross. unit would not cool the room. The elevator barely worked. We all thought it was broke. Management has not taken care of this hotel, it needs a lot of attention and work.     Room was clean and comfortable, but the AC was sporadic. Water pressure in shower was poor, and the shower head couldn't be adjusted. No hot water in sink. Breakfast choices were very limited, and there was no fresh fruit.     Unclean room and harassed by Dayanna

    The room was filthy, there was trash and food all over the floors. The headboard was damaged and scratched up, the bathroom sink was scratched and none of these items were repaired. I didn’t feel like the room was sanitary and I sent feel comfortable there . I was also harassed by Dayanna who says she was the manager about loud tv noise. I was in bed watching tv and the tv was not excessive. I’ve never been harassed about tv noise and I’ve stayed in a multitude of hotels. I no longer felt comfortable there because the room was not clean upon arrival, it had a musty stale smell and didn’t smell fresh at all. So I asked for my points back and left.
