    We stayed in their deluxe queen room for 3 nights and things were fine until we found that the room had baby roaches. We went through all of our clothing and bags several times to make sure we weren’t bringing any home with us. When we spoke to the front desk we received half hearted apologies but were moved to another room pretty quickly. However, this new room was also fairly unclean with several stains on the sheets. When we spoke to the front desk, they didn’t seem interested or apologetic about the experience. And they were unable to comp us more than half a night for our trouble.

    I loved every bit of this place The staff and the valet service were my favorite. Tiffany at the front desk is hilarious 5 stars for her and her coworker. I wish there was a reward program

    Outdated, and outrageous parking prices. Broken elevator meant we had to walk down 11 floors carrying our luggage.

    It pains to give this review because I've been at this hotel before and today the experience was totally different.Bad customer service unwilling to help or even say sorry for the inconvenience.Staying for 5 nights 6 days and since housekeeping it's only upon request We decided not to bother too much asking for housekeeping only once , it was done badly , restroom counter not clean ( this because I took a couple of pills and left the trash packet on top , and still was there after "cleaning) Body wash bottle got empty not refilled , and you might say those are amenities but soon we learn that we also pay for those amenities after checking out I was told I have to pay another charge called Destination Fees. Even tho I had already paid for all stay. Fees I'm somehow ok . Since I'm using the hotel but the service received not ok . AC was cold all the time even when turned manually off . Valet parking $50 per night . No restaurant devices anymore . Will I stay here again ? NO.

    Was in town to see Wicked. Our room was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great for seeing many things downtown. The only actual complaint is the $50 per day for valet parking. The hotel offers no parking access except the valet service and parking should be complimentary for guests. There is a public parking lot about 5 blocks away for only $20 a night.
