    I stayed at this location while traveling out of state, just trying to get some rest during a long road trip with my children. The room itself was nice and clean, but the hospitality was completely lacking.I was treated with clear disrespect by the staff—they were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. On top of that, I was charged a deposit I wasn’t supposed to be charged, and when I brought it up, no one offered any real explanation or solution.The lack of basic courtesy made an already exhausting journey even harder. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone who values respect and proper customer service.Do better, Red Roof.     Bathroom smells, room was dirty, shower curtain looks like it hasn’t been changed. Found a small roach near the vanity. Wasn’t able to sleep because you can hear the other room, on my case there was screaming and fighting. Find somewhere else to stay at.     Friendly staff good stay clean room and quite place best stay ever. Kenny was a great helpful.
