The hotel is in a great location,.It's free of any drama and the rooms are surprisingly large with a sofa section, and one of the most comfortable beds. The AC worked better than my central air. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The WiFi was as good as any and I used it a lot - impressively fast and reliable.300 cable channels including Bally's, Fox Sports, 6 ESPN's! If you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful hotel with great wifi, AC, and great bedding at a great price, this is a great choice!

Let me start by saying, "don't judge a book by it's cover" when it comes to this hotel. I'm told all the US Magnuson hotels are about to get a complete makeover within a year. This is a family run hotel—they are good people. They go out of their way to accommodate you. My room-single room-king size bed, was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Comes with your standard microwave, refrigerator and WIFI. The Wifi is reliable and solid! Lastly, and maybe most importantly, this hotel is casual, quiet and drama free. Give it a try!

Negative 5 stars Our room was nasty it had dead bugs on the wall it even had holes in the wall it smelled horrible and the door wouldn’t lock from the outside we had to go get food and had to hurry back because the door wouldn’t lock this was a really bad stay then the key card wouldn’t work to let us back inside the building I would’ve got my money back and left but couldn’t find anyone

Absolutely horrible. Please do not stay here. Had some visitors in town and I didn't want to drive far from where I live. Other hotels in the area were booked up so we decided to try this location. Owner (Female) was extremely rude and asked us a million times whose credit card we were using despite showing her my drivers license to match the card. Also when she ran card for way more than price we were quoted she then proceeded to tell us about taxes etc. She quickly dismissed us as if we were nobody and proceeded to issue us a refund and tell us we need to use our brains and think. I actually thought I was being punked and a celebrity was going to jump out with a camera crew. Please do not stay here. Spend your money elsewhere.

The worst customer service I ever had in my life. Went in at 3 am the attendant was sleep and didn't want to check me in. Very nasty attitude. Take your money for that filthy rat hole and don't even get a smile. The lady is very mean. Run fast as you can. Not worth any amount of money. Messed my whole day up. Grass not cut. They are only out for the money. I had to pick a circle to rate it. That 1 is eating it too high. Don't let the pictures on the internet fool you.
