    Horrible customer service. Manager is always out of town regardless of day or time you call. Don't even bother trying their customer service email address as they will just disregard your email regardless how many times you follow up. I will never stay at another Oyo hotel in my life again.

    !!!!!Great place to stay I been here for a few weeks and the custom service has been amazing over all !!!!! Just a lot of loud construction and remodeling and they should have more pet control come!!!!

    The Worst Experience ever.

    Stayed on Thursday night and I didn’t finish my stay while using the bathroom a roach was crawling on the floor then kept me up all night and while in bed a roach was in my bed too it was my worst experience ever and they would not give me my full refund they said I should have checked out from the first 30 minutes the roaches didn’t come out till about 5 am and they was not very friendly or caring at all.

    The place was absolutely disgusting!! Flight was cancelled and I had limited choices in where I was able to stay since it was very late in the evening. I was dropped off and should have just turned back around. When I entered the room, the deadbolt lock was barely hanging on the door by a screw, the couch was ripped to shreds, the stove looked as if it was brought in from the alley, and when I turned on the light in the bathroom, Roaches were everywhere. When I went back to the front desk to return the key, the front desk clerk acted surprised and when I showed him pics, he questioned whether or not I had just taken them. He then offered me another room. I hightailed it out of there and stayed at the Airport. Forward to today, when I called to ask for a receipt of this charge, the lady who answered the phone did not even identify herself as an employee or acknowledged that I called the right place. I asked her for a receipt and was told that she could not get me a receipt and that I would have to call and speak to the manager. When I asked for the manager name's she could not give it me over the phone and that he would be in later.

    Hotel was closed for maintenance at arrival even though we received a confirmation e-mail 12 hours before arrival. Receptionist was not helpful finding alternative accommodation. While we where there several guest came and discovered the same as us. Looked like a place where a murder would happen.
