    Main light on access road was off. I passed the hotel the first time. Hotel is located between a la quinta and a motel 6. Clean and convenient.     Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located near Texas Trust CU Theatre, which was the reason we were in the area. I was completely pleases with my stay.     The hotel was clean. Pretty quiet at night. Close to SixFlags (10 min away). And 3 or 4 min from Ripleys. Breakfast was ok. Cereal, waffles, fruit, bagels, muffins. Coffee/juice.     Great service and friendly staff. Modest hotel, but great for people who are in a budget. Offers continental breakfast and includes parking. Great location to attend events at Global Stadium only 8 minutes away.     My family stayed here just passing through to catch a Rangers game.This hotel is NOT as pictured. Upon entering the parking lot I knew we had made a mistake.The lobby wasn’t awful but definitely not as nice as the pictures.We were on the ground floor and the hallway carpeting is dingy and stained.When we got into our room it was dark and dank. I had read another review stating that there was a mildew, moldy type smell and they were 100% correct. It was disgusting.Also, the shower hadn’t been cleaned, or at least not well. There was residue on the soap ledge of someone else’s soap bar, hair in the corner of the shower, and the shower curtain had dirt on it.There is a La Quinta that is directly in front of this hotel that is MUCH nicer, so stay there!
