  Expected low-cost hotel problems

  I understand this is a low-cost hotel, but the room smelled like smoke. The mattress was bent and hurt my back, and I ended up staying awake all night. The bathroom sink was falling apart, and the towels were so small they seemed designed for babies.

  I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making my stay very relaxing.I would absolutlely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!!

  Sandy at the front desk is amazing super helpful when i needed it! The hotel is a great place if you are on business or need somewhere to lay your head.   Serious concerns about ID use and unauthorized bookings

  I have never stayed at this Super 8, yet I received an email from Wyndham/Super 8 thanking me for a “recent stay” that I did not make. After looking into it, I became very concerned that my name and information were used to book a room for someone else without my knowledge or consent.I do not know the people who stayed there, I did not authorize anyone to use my ID or my profile, and I never agreed to have my information used this way. Because of this, I’m now worried about how guests’ IDs, personal information, and payment details are being handled at this property.I have filed a police report and I am taking this very seriously. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to avoid this hotel and be extremely careful about giving them your ID or credit card information until these issues are properly investigated and resolved. We have communicated with the Plano Police Department, and apparently you are making it a big deal and escalating when there is little reason to do so. We do not have your identification other than your Wyndham information through the corporate database.   Worst hotel ever

  Worst hotel everProstitution taken place at the hotel men bring their hookers for hourly rates. Not ADA compliant TV didn’t work half the time no hot water. I asked for a late checkout. It was granted on the website then the hotel clerks tried to extort $40 from me and threaten call the police if I didn’t leave and they started banging on my at 10 o’clock in the morning for checkout and checkout time was technically not till 11. But I was granted late check out till 1 o’clock at zero dollars. Very very nasty.
