    The Worst - You’ve Been Warned

    Worst hotel experience of my life. The rooms are half finished. The front desk guy / manager is super obnoxious and rude. He likes to yell and sh*t talk guests.

    Chris is horrible front desk rep.

    Chris (front desk agent) is the worse rep to represent Microtel. I will never stay here again. His service was unprofessional, and borderline racist. Chris had no guest courtesy and took liberty to give his own personal feelings about how people should be grateful he even puts up with us. In all my 54 years of living I have never felt so belittled and undervalued as a customer.

    Water in sink was so low and staff ignored it when I mentioned itHe said it's normal pressure,only when I threatened them he offered to check it out but our trip was ending by then Staff Chris was very rude to simple inquiries.not a good experience

    Nothing special but the place is decent for a night or two, don’t expect amenities. Inspect your comforter and sheets.

    The location was pretty nice in a decent area. Close to a lot of food places and Walmart. Will stay again but only for a night

    Someone accessed our room while we were out for the day. When we told the management they got super defensive to the point that he immediately became suspect. While trying to defend his position, he made sure to tell me that he finds valuable things in people rooms all the time but doesn't take them. I never once said anything was missing from my room, only that someone had been in it. Don't trust this property with your belongings or your privacy. It is not worth the small savings.
