    Don’t GO HERE!!!

    TERRIBLE. Booked as a “pay at property” reservation thru my travel agent. Showed up to check in and was told my reservation was cancelled. No phone call. My TA never received a phone call. Ridiculous. Stuck in Denver and now they are sold out- and I’m expected to figure it out. I was not even the only one this happened to. Don’t expect to have a reservation when you show up! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. POOR!!!! Hotel Manager, General Manager at Executive Residency by Best Western Denver East, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback.     Overall nice place with just a couple issues

    When we checked in, the jetted tub room was not available, because of equipment malfunction. We don't hold that against them. Michelle set us up in a different tub room. However, when we got to the room, we found there was no tub at all. So I had to go back to the lobby and talk to her. She gave us a new room, and offered free sweets from the concession. The tub ended up being good, btw.Because the hotel is laid out like a spider web, it was a bit of effort to get our stuff from the old room to the new room; we had to go downstairs, across the hotel, and then back upstairs. This layout also made it hard to figure out where best to park so we'd be near our room.Breakfast hours are not good at all. 6-8am. That's awfully early for someone who wants to sleep in. So we went toward the end of that time frame. There was one worker furiously trying to keep up with demands. But the food was good.

    Not What we'd rate as "Premium"

    We chose this BW because it is closer to the airport than our usual BW in Aurora which we actually love. However, this front desk man insisted on making a copy of my Driver's License. I tried to tell him that I did not like that because I had fraudulent activity on my bank account and credit card due to a hotel retaining my information. But before I could finish my sentence, he abruptly said, Do you want me to cancel your reservation then? So that was rude. We made the reservation in August. We had driven 6 hours and had an early flight the next morning and we did not want to go try to find another room. I was tired and I let him copy it. But I can tell you I WILL NOT go back ever. I am a long time BW Rewards member and they should have all the information they need from that. (The front desk at Aurora merely looks at my ID and hands it back.) Plus, this so called Premium hotel? there's no breakfast. Nothing in the lobby. Coffee in the room. No tea. I don't drink coffee. It has a cafe where you can buy breakfast. But nobody works there that I could see. I will Make Sure I ask before I make any more reservations at any BW if they are going to put me at risk of identity theft. That is not a premium hotel behavior. That is Super 8 hotel behavior.     I will never stay here again. So many reasons. The hot tub was cold. We were looking forward to hanging out by pool and hot tub with our fighter who lives in Denver. They said no one to fix it on Sunday. Sorry no refunds for amenities. Pool had no been cleaned in a long time. So much debris. The shower head in room only dribbled when hot was on. The seats out by pool were so stained. ( see pictures ). Things in the room were broken. Weird pink stuff in shower. I feel the BW brand is going downhill. I will need to become an elite member somewhere else like Hilton.     No breakfast like every other Best Wester offersn offers

    This is the only Best Western I've ever stayed at that didn't offer any type of breakfast. I am a Diamond member with BW so I've stayed at many other Best Westerns and have come to expect a breakfast at every one but nothing here. Hotel Manager, General Manager at Executive Residency by Best Western Denver East, responded to this review I am sorry to hear you were expecting a free breakfast, unfortunatly the Best Western Premiers do not offer a free breakfast.We do have a cafe on site that sells breakfast items and coffees. I hope the rest of your stay was satisfactory.
