  A pleasant surprise all the way around!

  As a member of choice hotels, I've stayed in a number of comfort suites. However, this one has to be the best for several reasons. We have a one bedroom suite.He is now an for two nights. Everything in this room works as designed, including the jacuzzi tub.... And the water stayed hot all the way to the top! Plush towels and room 100 it's a ground floor room right next to the parking lot at the back. And directly across the street, it's one of the best italian restaurants i've ever been in, Maggiano's Little Italy!

  DANGEROUS POOL AREA and faulty electric

  We had 2 rooms, our first room had major electrical issues; The bathroom outlets were completely unusable, the outlet by the large lamp by the couch was unusable , the lamp on the table flickered, the outlets under the the mirror by that lamp sparked , the outlets by the bed were so loose our chargers fell out. The lamps by the bed only one worked. One bed is jammed next to the AC unit and that is both inefficient and unsafe. In the second room the same with the AC Unit bed was jammed next to it , there were plastic bags over outlets and the smoke detector.We had a correct person count , but not enough towels or wash cloths , I asked for more , but was told I had to turn in what we had to get .ore towels...what ??Anyway , the location was great staff was kind , on the surface it looks great and by no means a slummy place but this hotel needs some serious repairs. The biggest issue is a MAJOR saftey issue. The pool area has a tile floor not meant for a pool area . It is so slick we witnessed two peolle fall and our 2 year old granddaughter fell , had I not had her hand she would have seriously slammed her head. The slip carpet and small slippery when wet sign offer fiercly inadequate representation and mitigation.

  Room definitely needed a deep clean. Mattress had a nasty stain and pull out sofa had spoof stains all over.

  Entrance was great and breakfast area was clean and good for a hotel breakfast. The room definitely needed a major deep clean. Mattress had a nasty stain on the side. Spoof stains all over pull out couch. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper and gross ceiling and floors. The shower curtain rod was about to fall down. Over all I would not recommend staying. Manager said they are working on deep cleanings. But can only do 4 at a time and are working on 4th floor. I hope they do better. Especially because I came down for a surgery and that room was gross!!!

  We just came back from our vacation there and it was terrible. I requested housekeeping service for Saturday and they never cleaned our room. I made sure that we were on the list twice and they confirmed that yes , housekeeping will clean your room. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I see all the reviews are bad. When is management going to start improving things. I would start with the housekeeping staff.

  Do not stay here, that is if you’re allowed too. I have stayed at this hotel several time over the past year and have witness the staff especially the management argue and belittle customers and staff. I stayed here only because of the proximity to the things I had to do and work. Today I went to book in and they told me that my reservation was not paid for even though it had been deducted out of my account. I tried to show that I had paid for my stay already but the manager (Jackie) would not even let me talk. I was told I would have to pay for my stay again or go somewhere else. When I voiced my disappointed and frustration, I was told that I no longer had the option to stay there because I was now put a list and not allowed to stay there ever. I told the manager that was inappropriate. I was then forced to find another hotel and pay another place. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank from this place, as they still charged me for a room that I did not stay in. I also currently have a case open with Choice Hotel headquarters for her behavior and the way I was treated by the manager Jackie. This place constantly smells of pot as well and some of the rooms have toilets and showers that leak or don’t work well.
