  If I could give this a ZERO, I would! When we checked in, we were in a hurry to change clothes and get to our son's house for a holiday party so I didn't notice until we got back late that night that the room was not clean - floors were streaked and dirty, the nightstand was sticky and other flat surfaces were dirty as well. It was late so I decided to take a shower and address in the morning. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall so that the curtain would not stay closed and water went everywhere. When I got out, I took a hand towel to wipe up - towel was BLACK! Then I started to get in bed and found that the bedframe had been put together upside down so there were braces sticking out all around the bed that greeted my shins! Then I found out that I only had two top sheets for a cover! The next morning, I made a list of everywhere that needed to be done, took it to the manager and let her know that we would be gone all day so they could fix things. We got back again late and the maintenance issues had been fixed but the room was still filthy! I asked for towels and a spray bottle with cleaner so I could clean the room myself - both towels were black again! The next morning was Saturday - I again made a list but the manager was not there. The front desk agent took my phone number and assured me that the manager would contact me - never happened! Since we had paid upfront, we were forced to stay but there was no way I was going to eat breakfast or touch anything else in the hotel. On Monday morning when we were due to check out, I had to find the manager myself - she said she would give me credit for one night - that never happened either! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

  This hotel is definitely designed with comfort and quality in mind. My suite was spacious & stylish-Premium bedding & personal care items as well as a full size closet and plenty of drawer space and cabinet storage make it easier to feel at home. Breakfast was consistently good with many options {hot & cold}. Coffee is always available. The staff assists with whatever is needed-{market purchases, laundry, deliveries, etc}

  This was one of the worst stays I've had. The room had a lot of detail issues. The bathtub had the grab bar missing, and the holes had not been sealed. A board near the fridge was loose. The shower head wouldn't move. The tub floor creaked as you moved in the shower. I heard people moving around constantly. It didn’t seem well insulated. Things like that. I went down a few minutes after 9:00am, to find that breakfast ended at 9:00 on weekdays. The worst part, though, was when I couldn’t get onto the free wifi. When I called the office, they said to “forget the internet” and try again. After 3 times of that, they gave me another customer's last name and room number to try. Then when that didn’t work, they gave me another. Really? What about confidentiality?

  We arrived at the hotel last night. We booked two nights of the hotel. We found The house is tidy and clean. And the place is quiet and easy to arrive. While we are back to Denver, we will still choose the hotel for business. Though we live in Los Angeles, we still love Denver.

  I found this hotel to be very clean, and convenient. The rooms are in very good condition and I like that the rooms have a thermostat to set the temperature. The hotel is convenient to get to places to eat, and It has easy access to I-25. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Denver.
