Location

    Dirty, mattresses from seventies, impossible to sleep on. Empty drink machine. Dirty hallways and smelly. Left 1:30 am. Would like a refund. Still waiting.

    No breakfast as stated online! False advertising for them.Also, I had a pile of sand by my bathroom, with several ants on it!!I do have a picture. Will not ever stay at another Econo Lodge anywhere!!

    This hotel is disgusting. There are signs in the lobby saying marijuana use is not allowed in the hotel but the lobby smells like Grateful Dead concert. Our non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. We complained to the lobby to no avail. We appealed to choice hotel’s corporate and we were offered reward points that equated to 75% of our stay. That offer came across as a take it or leave it offer. We will probably leave it and Choice Hotels for ever. Stay away. You’ll be better for it.

    First off, the location was not too bad for being close to the airport. The atmosphere was okay. Nothing to write home about. The rooms are totally different thing. The rugs in the room are dirty and frayed. No hot water in the shower. No shampoo or conditioner being filled. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The sink was cracked due to the stopped being forced in the drain. No clean towels for the next day, even though you are asked to place the towels on the floor in you want clean towels. No bathmat to place on the floor to take a shower. The mattress, you felt like you were sliding off the edge, so I slept in the middle. Getting in the back into your room, the key card did not work half the time. Was told that maintenance would come and fix it, which they never did. Had to ask for my card the be re-issued several times. Was told that they were having problems with the key card. You have to ask for ice, which is not a problem, but you are given a small bag of ice. No ice machine anywhere except behind the front desk.I have pictures to show the room that I stayed in. The pictures on the website do not really live up to the actual room. No coffee or even a small breakfast. No fruit or snacks set out in the little dining area. Really! For the price of 3 days, this is what I get?! I will not stay here again. I felt like I was in a halfway house. Did not feel comfortable there. I would not RECOMEND this place a dead mouse! Not worth the money that they charge. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

    Flight got cancelled and every place closer to the airport was booked and almost 3 times the price. A quick Lyft ride over and I got a quiet, comfy and clean room for a way better deal. Juliet at front desk was so helpful and friendly during my time of need and also helped me get the points for my stay. 10/10 recommend this hidden gem.
