Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the Denver Technological Center, just minutes from several major corporations and Denver area attractions. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 123 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    Terrible costumer service over the phone

    I’m giving a low review for their lack of flexibility and poor costumer support during an emergency. I am not a frequent traveler but I planned a weekend trip to Denver. An emergency came up at work and the problem started. I booked through AMEX travel which apparently booked via Expedia. I wasn’t planning on canceling so I booked the best fair, not paying attention at the non-refundable line. When I found out that I couldn’t make the trip, I called the hotel where they provided zero assistance and they sent me to Expedia. The service there was excellent and they contacted the hotel to see if there could be a compromise, voucher or something. Still, zero flexibility. Same happened with AMEX: as usual good service from them but they got nowhere when they contacted the hotel: because it was a non refundable fee, it had been charged to my card when booked and that was it. But the most frustrating thing is that the hotel couldn’t say that to me when I called, I had to take time during my already hectic day to also contact Expedia and the credit card.     Maribel in housekeeping is so honest that she immediately turned my fon in when she found it in the hall. Much to my great relief! The rooms are very nicely appointed & the common areas are very bright & cheery. Cafe seating for the free breakfast is cozy & comfortable, with tables for groups of 2-12 people. I loved the cozy nook seating in the back. There’s an ample supply of fruits & coffee available all day, as well as cookies that look homemade in the late afternoon. Bedroom & bathroom look to be recently updated. The staff is lovely & location is so conveniently located off highways & within walking distance of great restaurants & a coffee shop. Since we have friends & family located in the area, we look forward to returning!     Nice, new Hampton Inn

    Hampton Inns are a mixed bag but this is one of the better ones I have stayed at. It is new and fresh. The room was a suite with living room and kitchen area. Pretty good restaurant, reasonably well-equipped fitness room for this class of hotel. Extremely low price. Hard to imagine better value for what you get here.     When we arrived we had just a couple of miles left to the charge in our vehicle. We got there just in time. The manager made sure we got set up right away at their charging station and he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Would definitely visit again.
