    What a disaster. Coming back from dinner we find out both elevators no longer work. Our room was on the sixth floor. How is my disabled 79 year old wife going to get to our room?? After arguing with the desk we finally were granted a different room on the second floor. But all our stuff is on the sixth floor. So my 73 year old knees trudge up and down to at least get something to sleep in. Next morning, still no elevator. Went down to get a second key. But now neither key works. That was it. We're out of here. The whole place from the non dairy creamer and butter to the overly expensive "breakfast" all added up to a made cheap as possible under staffed disaster.

    Nice hotel with beautiful view when ask for Mountain View

    We had a disappointing start at check as the gentleman helping us had no patience in spite of our reservation mix up not being our fault! Fortunately another employee came in to rectify issue & all was great after that! Rhonda is awesome at her job & always greeted us with a smile when we walked by front desk.     Great location, very clean and great service!

    The location of the property is a 5 starts on its own, with easy access to shopping centers, dining and the Cherry Creek area, feels very safe and there are options for food and drinks right at the door as it's located in a mini plaza.The rooms are very clean, we had a double bed and it was spacious, shower temperature was also good. Some of the furniture is a bit old school however they have done a good job keeping them in very well maintained. The lobby is charming with the firework and the open spaces.Breakfast buffet was good, they serving portion for pancakes is HUGE! And there is coffee available at the lobby every morning. Overall it is a very good value for the price. I would definitely stay there again.Last but not least, everyone in the staff that we interacted with was very professional and charming: Jeff, Rhonda, Jon, David, Helena and the House keeping team.     Wonderful Experience

    I stayed two nights at Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek while visiting two grandchildren. My wonder experience started at check-in with Jed. He was so personable and helpful. Due to grandchildren picking me up for our outings and getting back to the hotel late, I was not able to take advantage of the hotel amenities. I did notice all the areas in the lobby were clean and inviting. The breakfast offering looked delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I felt safe.Thank you to Jed, all the staff whose responsibility is to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Cherry Creek for choosing great staff!     Noisy AC Unit but Overall Good Stay

    Overall had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Only complaints is a very noisy air conditioning unit. Luckily I brought ear plugs. Also slightly annoying that they want to charge for parking even though the hotel is nowhere near downtown or in a congested area. However the hotel rates were reasonable and offered good value
