    Newer hotel, expensive/low quality breakfast.

    rating11 Jun 2026

Hotel is new and good location. Rooms are typical rooms for newer hotel. I gave the hotel 3 stars since beds are hard, AC units are loud and breakfast was a big let down. Most Garden Inns with onsite restaurants have menu items to choose from and a larger buffet if they charge for breakfast. This Garden Inn charges $14 with no menu options and buffet similar in quality and options to a less expensive hotel with free buffet. I’m a Garden Inn fan, but not this one. A disappointment for being a newer hotel.

    Home Away from Home

Always my preferred stop over in Denver when driving cross country. The staff is warm and considerate, so very kind to exhausted travelers. The Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse next door is a godsend. Great food and ambiance and right in the hotel! I will say the new interior design for the rooms is a bit cold? Could use a little more warmth in my opinion, but still comfortable and familiar.

Nice clean newer hotel by shopping

    rating25 Apr 2025

Stayed here for three nights. The room was clean and spacious. We went to the hot tub every night and it was nice and hot. We also at the attached restaurant and it was very good. I used the fitness center every day and it was small and one of the treadmills was broken but it still worked to get a good workout in. Lots of shopping within walking distance including a Cabelas and outlet mall. Would stay here again.

    Don’t do it….just don’t!

    rating17 Jan 2025

When we arrived there we had prepaid for a king room. We were given a queen room. When I went back to the front desk, the lady said very rudely, “we don’t have any kings” So I excepted that response and went to the room. I went to take a shower no shower gel. The tub didn’t drain, The blinds were broken and The walls all scuffed up. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask for another “king” room as I was thinking someone would check out, and was told “no, we can’t do that for you because you bought your room third party from AAA”. I did pay for a king room though! So we stayed 3 nights in a queen room. They only came in to make beds and change towels on the third night )very late in day). We also drank a bottle of water that was on the counter and was charged $2 although there was no signage of any fee for the water. When I called to ask about the charge for the water, the lady blew me off and said call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. She also said, “I have news for you, all hotels charge for water”. Well, I’ve stayed at hotels that don’t! Maybe you should have complimentary gave me a bottle of water to compensate the extra charge for a king room that I paid for!!!! Never going back here and would recommend you don’t either!Pool area was a moldy mess!

    Expensive for what it is

    rating13 Dec 2024

We overnighted prior to our flight out of Denver and the hotel is well located just off I-25 and just a couple of minutes drive from the outlet mall. The room is a decent size and meets expectations but is expensive for what you get. Aircon didn't seem particularly efficient and the breakfast was not particularly extensive (bring your own HP sauce of course!).We ate at the Italian Steakhouse attached to the hotel and again it felt expensive for what it was (and drinks were particularly expensive). It's an ok place to stay but there's nothing particularly special about it for the prices being charged.
