    Great hotel, BUT do not trust the online booking service the hotel's website will redirect you to use!

    The hotel was great. A word of caution: book directly by calling the hotel. I booked by clicking on the reservation page on their website, ihg.com. It directed me to book with another online booking service. Don't do it. I tried to be really careful but when I tried to reschedule, not cancel, but just to reschedule, the online booking service charged me for canceling and would not reschedule. I was rescheduling weeks before traveling. There should have been no problem rescheduling the reservation. This has happened to me twice in 3 years, even when I try to be REALLY careful. That is why I did not give the hotel 5 stars.

    Very,quiet,clean and enjoyable stay,always a good experience with this hotel chain! The only downside was the printer didn't work. Breakfast was good except would have liked real bacon and sausage. The pancake maker had a hard time working. All in all, a good stay.

    I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Brighton, Colorado, and it was one of the best stays I’ve had. Check-in was incredibly quick—about 30 seconds—and the room was excellent, clean, and very comfortable.Housekeeping is clearly doing an outstanding job, as everything was spotless and well maintained. The front desk provided excellent customer service, making the stay even more enjoyable.Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a Holiday Inn, and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

    This is the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. The facility was spotlessly clean, the room was well laid out, bathroom had wonderful walk in shower, great mirror and sink area. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee system. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared and super clean area. The staff was friendly and payed attention to detail. I arrived after 11pm the person on duty notices me drive through a park in the rear. He came to back door and welcomed me to come through and save waking around the whole building. Now that is welcoming and appreciated. The location is close to I76, restaurants, the medical center and shopping. Just can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff that provide real hospitality.
