    Great Location for Hockey game

    We picked this hotel for the location and were rewarded with clean rooms and a great breakfast. It is very close to the interstate and we easily went downtown for the hockey game. The next day we easily jumped on the interstate to go to Central City. The front desk was cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The attendants kept everything stocked and the single-serve coffee is great. Recommend.

    This location has all the earmarks of being an older building, floor plan, room size, etc. If so, it is very well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay. Our room, while small, was comfortable, clean, and quiet. All top priorities when I travel. The front desk staff was particularly helpful. Breakfast was generally on par with other Holiday Inn Express' I've been at, but no extrasAdjacent to the Interstate (although, as I said - quiet) this is an easy location for travelers stopping over night headed east or west. Not the fanciest HGI I've stayed at but very good and very affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

    Holiday Inn Express Wheatridge Colorado Continues A+ Service and Accommodations

    The Holiday Inn Express at 10101 W. 48th Avenue in Wheatridge, Colorado is a jewel in a concrete jungle. The facility is protected on the exterior by a large fence that ensures guests property is protected. The staff, like most HIE facilities are polite, professional and committed to the customer. The entire facility is clean and inviting including the rooms. A good nights sleep is guaranteed and you will soon forget you are in the big city. Great work HIE, as always.

    We were in town for a very difficult funeral. I had reserved 2 rooms and requested them adjoining, or close together as we needed each other. From the beginning all staff were accommodating and kind--our rooms were directly across the hall from one another- without an explanation or argument! Even though the main elevator was not working, the young lady at the desk directed us to another elevator, and met us at the west door with a luggage cart and personally took us to that elevator. That night we had more family show up than expected, and after trying to find a place for 20 to eat, we decided to order pizza. The young people at the front desk made it possible for all of us to gather in the breakfast room! It was an amazing gathering of our family with lots of memories and love. I'm sure they didn't know how much this meant to us. The breakfast the next morning was lovely, and the attendant was continually refilling and cleaning. The rooms were quiet, clean and cozy, and we were less than 10 minutes from the funeral home. Thank you all for your kindness & excellent care when we needed it the most!

    Booked this hotel in August. Figured holiday inn would be ok. Big mistake.

    First room a/c noisy. Moved to another room. Mold in shower and on the ceiling.There was a bug in our bed. Carpet very dirty and stained. also was torn.no response from management or front desk. I do have the pictures I took of this hotels horrid accommodations.
