Stay somewhere else. This hotel has gone down hill. Presentation is poor, hot breakfast service has been down for a while. Dry bagels and muffins at best with juice and milk. There are a few packets of oatmeal. Pool and hot tub are down and have been down since early 2026. NOT disclosed on website. Employees said ownership not willing to pay money to fix necessary items for hotel improvement. If your employees are ousting ownership, then there are problems. The ONLY reason I continued with my stay is that it was the only nearby hotel that had the room for family needs and proximity to events happening. Horrible. Far cry from when I was here years ago. Even Trappers Steakhouse left the fourth floor of hotel. I see why. Positive. The employees are nice. This place is horrible. Dirty and outdated. The bathroom faucet did not work, the wall paper is peeling, the shower rod was falling off, the carpet was filthy. Not mention the pool and restaurant was closed but I still got charged for breakfast that we never had. Never again Holiday Inn. Service was the pits, no follow through

Hotel was nice. When I booked it said it had breakfast ever day. Also had pool. When checked in said pool was closed and no longer serving breakfast. Asked for refund for breakfast. Clerk assured me would be taken off bill at checkout. Day of checkout another clerk said he would have to ask boss to ok refund and I would get an email as such. 5 days later, no refund or email. Sounds lake a scam. Pay for something (breakfast) and not get it, request refund and put on ignore!

Very Bad Experience

Just spent a very miserable Friday night at this Holiday Inn, Parker, Colorado!! Would not recommend this hotel! We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites, but since we were going to visit a friend in the area who had surgery, we took a chance on this Holiday Inn (not Holiday Inn Express and Suites) hotel. It certainly doesn’t exhibit the IHG standards. Carpeting was waffled in many areas. The baggage cart was broken and wobbly. We were given a room that was above the pool. There was a humming noise and the wall vibrated. We thought it was the air conditioning system and adjusted it hoping the annoying sound would quit. No such luck. The next morning we discovered that it was the air exchanger system that keeps the air in the pool area from being humid, located on the roof of the pool just below our window, that had hummed and the wall vibrated all night. We were using our military discount - given a lousy room because we were retired military? When we checked out, we were told that there was no management on duty. Management doesn’t work on weekends and we were told we could call on Monday. As a result, there was no leadership on duty all weekend. The desk person could only hand us our receipt. I also want to mention the cigarette butts by the front door. They are all swept into the cracks rather than cleaned up and put in the trash. Finely, note the management responses to the other reviews. The responses are much the same for every negative review - they are PLANNING to renovate sometime in the future? We will never stay here again! Worst Hotel I've stayed at in a long time!

Horrible experience. Beds are not soft. Hotel is showing its age. Breakfast is way too expensive. They continuedly kept double and even triple charging my credit card, Even charged for a separate night 2 days later, that i didn't book or stay, i wasn't even in town!!!!! The staff was very rude and non-responsive when trying to address the issue.
