Recently renovated hotel near the airport

Good hotel near the airport. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom had all the necessities, the hotel was recently remodeled, and the bed was comfortable. I was not crazy about the pillows, but that is a preference and not the hotel’s fault. The coffee in the room is sub-par, but admittedly, I am a coffee snob. The breakfast was good. I really like the yogurt dispenser. The people at the front desk were helpful. The airport pickup was not as convenient as I expected. I emailed the hotel my arrival dates and never received a response. I think you need to call them upon arrival, but for running every 30 minutes, it could be more predictable.

THE GOOD: hotel is newly renovated (I could smell some lingering paint smell) and looks brand new; room is spacious and suite style with full fridge, microwave, sink and plenty of counter space; bed was comfortable; breakfast was plentiful with a lot of options; front desk staff was great; airport shuttle back to the airport was also pretty helpful. THE BAD: nothing at all really - would definitely stay here again!

They have literal chains and padlocks around their lobby fridges to keep people out. Pillows & breakfast are terrible.

Horrible customer service manager, not willing to support members at all. I will be canceling my Hilton membership due to this experience with this location.

We had two rooms adjoining each other. Rooms are ok but rather worn out and was a bit dirty with carpets needing to be cleaned and bathroom was dirty. Lobby was nice and so were the people at the desk during checkin and other times. Parking is $14 per day which was dumb. Breakfast was rather good and different than most hotels so that was a nice surprise. If you go with kids as we did the pool is not kid friendly. Four year old could not touch bottom so had to carry her around the whole time. Water was a little chilly so kids did not swim long.
