Wish the sink was outside of the toilet room. That made getting ready with more than 2 people in a room very difficult. There was no full length mirror. The bathroom door was a sliding door that did not offer very much privacy. Room was stocked and clean and staff was great. Just wish the rooms were designed better.

The room was not as high quality as one would expect for $400/night. Several wooden panels were almost falling apart. There was only one toilet roll and we ran out. There were two shampoo's but no body wash in our room. The very small bar of soap was not as nice as most hotels at this price range. Wifi was very weak, we had to go outside the hotel and connect to a hotspot to attend meetings during the day.

A+ service, cleanliness and location! The staff went above and beyond at this hotel. Ryan at the front desk was friendly, professional and happy to offer tips and restaurants and places to visit. He even remembered where we said we were going and asked about how it was later. Jim and James at the valet stand were also outstanding. Both were helpful and friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel when we visit downtown Denver again.

Room was well maintained. Great view and very comfortable. Front desk staff were always available to assist. Valet team was great, very efficient getting my vehicle in and out.

Great stay! This hotel is very clean, felt very welcomed and at home. Very good location if you want something with a nice view but nothing over the top. Was very surprised with house nice of a view I had of downtown Denver. Shoutout to the front desk team as well, young man by the name of Mike, or maybe Michael was very polite and welcoming. Him and a nice young lady was awesome helping me check out. Hotels usually don’t care once you’re leaving them. This hotel made you feel at home!
