    Worst Hotel EVER

    I was charged $50 of my $100 deposit. No warning of why it was taken at first. I called customer service after 3 weeks and they said that a towel was missing. I spoke with a supervisor and explained my case that I never stole a towel. But I did remember something peculiar that there may have be only one towel in the first place. He asked why did not not report this and I responded that I was coming from a 8hr drive, checked in late and was going to leave the next morning. I did not find this much of an issue and did not realize that it would be that much of an issue. I asked why did the hotel not notify me after that it was missing but he did not respond to that. He did not also follow up with his GM or security footage to verify if it was stolen or misplaced. All in all, I never had an experience like this from a hotel and would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to be accused of being a thief and your security deposit taken away.

    Don't stay here unless you are looking to score drugs. I expect there to be a coin operated vibrating bed when advised during check in that there was a $100 security deposit. Property engages in a deceitful practice by not disclosing this at reservation. This would be an indicator that reputable people do not stay here.

    Lacking management and security safety issues

    Have tried giving this place several chances but they seem to be ok running a hotel that has drug addicts and other questionable activities going on in their rooms/property. Management needs to act like managers and adults and stop allowing illegal activity right under their noses. Lots of noise (dogs barking, doors slamming, kids running around like it’s a playground etc.. May as well stay next door at the Super 8 because it’s the same behavior 🤷🏻‍♀️ 50/50 chance you’ll get a clean and ready room as well. Constantly finding a maintenance or housekeeping issue with the rooms booked. Staff need more training/help. Lacks safety and security as well.

    This was formerly a LaQuinta and is now a Baymont by Wyndham. Conveniently located just off I-76 in Henderson-Northeast Co. Spacious , clean room with microwave and mini 'fridge. Tile flooring throughout. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Good water pressure, hot water and drainage. Could still detect a slight dog odor but didn't see any signs of a pet. AC/heater was quiet--always a plus! Pool and hot tub are average size with open swim 'till 9pm and adult swim 10pm--midnight, great idea! Pleasant, courteous staff. Road behind the hotel has room to park oversize vehicles (RVs, tractor trailers) along the shoulder. Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning or be replaced. Baymont may be in the process of updating, I didn't ask. Overall, a nice stay.
