    Stayed at Lady Luck : 1 night : check in agent was not the least bit interested to be welcoming ; 3/27 /26. Entered room window wide open : figured someone wanted fresh air Shut window left room for evening came back : The Odor was overwhelming smelled like sewer : tried air conditioning didn’t work : opened window for fresh air / now I understand why window was open …. Upon arrival ; Called desk to alert ; Requested a discount upon checking out / ONLY got the resort fee waived ; and I also had of for early check in DISAPPOINTED .     I play poker at Ballys Blackhawk, so I spend several overnights each month . Lady Luck is not clean, has poor room temperature control and check in is slow and cumbersome! Cannot recommend staying there to anyone. For a few dollars more can stay at Horseshoe or better yet Ameristar!

    The place is run down for the money. Thin walls and can hear people all night long. Charged a $19 resort fee that was never disclosed and then refused to refund that charge.

    I would have given a higher rating if this hotel wouldn’t allow dogs in rooms.Barking dogs at night along with fighting couples made it really hard to sleep. Housekeeping was lacking and we had to ask for clean towels etc..Stayed for one week so next time it will be week days only.
