  A Reliable Favorite with Outstanding Staff

  Had a really great stay here, as always! I’m a regular customer and this place never disappoints. The staff are super friendly and make everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to the front desk manager, Anjuli—she’s amazing, very welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, and the bed was especially comfortable. Overall, excellent service and a great vibe. Would definitely keep coming back!

  Terrible, scary experience

  Terrible, scary experience. A visiting guest told me in the parking lot that his room had bedbugs. I went in, waited for another customer to leave the area, and then told the man behind the counter that I couldn't risk staying and I did not want to be charged for the room. First words out of his mouth: "I don't want to hear your f*ing sh*t". Next sentence nearly the same. He grabbed my car keys on the counter and held them away from me. Shocked, I asked, "What Are you Doing?" A minute later he gave me my keys and told me to get off his property. I reached for a business card, he said I couldn't take that. I said I most certainly could. He came around the counter, grabbed my keys a second time out of my hand, held them aloft. Said he was going to call the police. I began writing down verbatim what he was saying. Finally he gave me my keys and I left, stunned, confused, scared. I drove across town to a different motel I trusted.Not once did I talk loudly, act rudely, do anything but say I didn't want to be charged for the room. I am a 75 year old woman. I was accosted and felt vulnerable. I have been assured by corporate that he is being dealt with, but I have no way of trusting this. It was awful. Think twice before staying at this location.

  Amazing Staff! Great Hotel!

  We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful every step of the way. The rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again! The area is really nice and there are plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Great area!

  The room we were given 220, was unsanitary. I first noticed the bed skirts had white stains that resembled cum stains and white flakes on them. The underside of the lampshade had brown streaks. The side table lamps were full of dirt and had hair on them. When we started looking further, there was tape all over the room on the walls and desk. There were brown streaks on the wall that looked like a liquid sprayed it and leaked down. There were hand prints on the headboard. There was a red cough drop or hard candy in the corner. There were food crumbs everywhere. The base of the walls were full of dirt and crumbs. The bed had stains. The sheets had hair on them. I had my significant other bring this up to the employee at the counter and we requested the room be cleaned or for a different room. He was told that the room could not be cleaned because it was late, we could not get another room because they were fully booked, we could not get a refund, but they could offer us new sheets. So we removed the top mattress to find that the bed skirt had a huge stain on it, the box spring looked like mold could be growing, there was a jolly rancher wrapper and what looked like a Pringles can lid. They obviously do not clean these rooms. We were worried about our health and safety (especially since we had our daughter with us) and we decided to leave. We were not given a refund. I have yet to hear back from the manager. And I’m still waiting for them to release a $100 deposit for no pets and no smoking. Personally, I did not feel as though the staff member was friendly. We had to drive back to California and we decided this experience was so bad, we would rather sleep in our car if we have to. We drove 16 hrs home. I wish I could give 0 stars and I’m sad that I have to give it 1 star. Even my 7 year old daughter said “I would give 0 stars because they did not do a good job.” This is the dirtiest hotel room that I have seen in my life time. If you choose to stay here, just beware of the environment you might be staying in.

  Will not stay here again, despite regularly visiting the area. The shower was little more than a trickle; the pillows were like bags of hackysacks; lighting in the room was far from enough. The housekeeping staff cleaned very well, though – once I had to aggressively ask for daily service.
