    Worst hotel experience ever — staff denied our valid payment, treated us like intruders, and never apologized.

    We were forced to stay at this hotel after Frontier Airlines delayed our flight and only covered one night. My husband and I decided to pay for the second night ourselves rather than moving hotels. At check-in, the receptionist made a mistake with the reservation, pulling up someone else’s name. We provided the Frontier confirmation code, and after some confusion, she corrected it and processed our payment. I clearly requested a receipt for the extra night.The following night, when we returned around 11:00 pm, our key cards didn’t work. After my husband got them reactivated at the front desk, we entered the room — but just one minute later the receptionist came knocking, claiming the room was supposed to be empty. Even after my husband explained what had happened the day before, she insisted that there was no payment and that the room should be vacant. Only when my husband showed her the credit card statement on his phone proving the charge did she finally call someone. After that call, she asked, “Are you Monica?” I said yes, and then she simply turned around and left. At that point, I demanded an apology, but she never offered one.This was absolutely unacceptable. The staff not only failed to verify information internally before disturbing us, but also insisted we had not paid and treated us as if we had no right to be in the room. Being forced to prove payment in the middle of the night, and then receiving no apology at all, was humiliating and stressful.I would never recommend this hotel. Poor management, untrained staff, and zero accountability ruined what little rest we were hoping to get.

    Manager solicits guests children. Very dirty.

    I stayed here and used their airport parking. The manager Tomo Kentera first tried to follow my teenage daughter to her room and made inappropriate comments to her. When I confronted him he made further inappropriate comments. The rooms were dirty and had ants everywhere. We stayed somewhere else.

    Tried to reach management via phone calls & emails multiple times for a billing issue and never got a response so had to pay almost $150 for no reason.

    The rooms are big and clean and comfortable, the general atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, location is close to the highway and other places food, shopping etc. The most appealing to the hotel is the staff and how they will go above and beyond to make sure you feel that you are a guest. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They work as a team from the general manager and assistance manager working right along with there front desk employees to make sure everyone is checked in in a timely manner or where ever they may be shorthanded I have seen management jump in to any of the positions and fill in which is impressive. I will always make sure to stay at this hotel

    We stayed here after United stranded us in Denver overnight. The breakfast area was clean, and the furniture was in good shape, though the decor is dull. The front desk staff were efficient, especially the long line of guests arriving from the full, complimentary hotel shuttle. The room was clean and basic. Only two things struck me as outdated: the sinks being in the main part of the room instead of the bathroom and the phone next to the toilet. Having dual sinks in our two-queen room was helpful during morning prep time. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were good, though not great. I am surprised about the overall rating of this property, though I would definitely stay here again when my mid-afternoon connection in Denver turns into an overnight stay.
