  Worst hotel experience ever

  I checked out room 312 the sink has no hot water the toilet bowl stained holes in the doors. The bed was stiff too then to top it off my car gets towed and the workers don’t even know what tow company or have any paperwork on the tow. It’s ridiculous I would never stay here again. The front desk personnel have no answers for the customers.walking down the hallway to your room there are nails all over the floor it was worst then the motel 6.

  The staff was more than friendly and helpful. They were very kind help me with all of my bags far more than you could ever expect from even the best of hotels.

  This is a horrible hotel! I had an unexpected layover In Denver due to the weather. Got checked in around 10:30 pm. The night manager walked me out and pointed to a dark back walkway of the building. It did not look right, turned the corner and half of the lights were out and there were men partying at the end. I called to her and said that I wanted to be by the pool /courtyard. The room she showed me had no lights . All of the light switches were broken off the lamps and I had to screw the light bulbs in to have light. There was a 2" gap under the door. Unbelievable. I ended up looking at several rooms and settled on the broken light room because of the location. Oh and one of the locks didn't work. I ended up barricading the door with a chair. I am a seasoned world traveler and not faint of heart. The next morning I went to Starbucks located behind the hotel. The whole back area where she first tried to send me is rented out to homeless people. It's a crack hotel! I highly advise avoiding this place. It's a sham and dangerous. I called United Airlines and they took it off of their suggested hotels list. I would have been safer staying at the airport.

  Waited 45min at checkin because of a computer system issue that the person at the desk did not know how to resolve. I asked if I could at least have access to wi-fi while I waited in the lobby and was denied. The room was designated non-smoking but smelled heavily of smoke. The drawer on one night stand was missing, and in the other nightstand I found two fentanyl drug tests left by a previous guest. When I asked the person at the front desk about them, she told me the hospital gives them out to patients who come in for an overdose, and that I should throw them away myself because housekeeping would not touch them. Breakfast was understocked both days I stayed there. Lastly, even though my confirmation email said checkout was at noon, I was kicked out early by hotel staff who said checkout was at 11am.
