    They charge you an additional $10.92 to park in their parking lot on top of the room rate. It's not clear at all when you book. It also took the shuttle 55 minutes to show up, after a long day of travel. There are better choices out there.

    Room is nice. THEY CHARGE TO PARK FOR ONE NIGHT. This seems rather stupid because MOST people travel by car. Will not be staying where I have to pay to park.

    I booked this reservation 2 months ahead of time and chose it for the free parking since I knew we would be parking two cars there for the duration of our stay. After 8 hours of traveling I arrived in the evening to find out with no notice to me that as of one week prior that they were now charging for parking. They required I pay the parking up front or find another hotel at that late hour. Instead of offering some kind of accomodation, the Manager Louis was extremely rude. Since we had no other option other than sleep in the street we begrudgingly checked in to then find the screen in the window with a foot and a half hole in it. Save yourself and stay away from this property.

    Wanted to be close to the airport for our flight. We weren’t here for much more than to sleep, but enjoyed our stay. Hotel looks to be newer. The room was really nice. Plenty of space (huge room), comfortable beds, clean. Bathroom was also spotless. Air worked well in the heat.It was less than 10 minutes for us to get to the rental car return. They offer shuttle if you need it. Didn’t get to check out breakfast. Plenty of places to eat/get gas within a close drive.This will be our go to spot in the future when we are in the area before a flight.

    BEWARE the midnight shuttle!!!

    The room was clean, but look. I got to Denver at midnight. I was tired. I called the hotel to get the free shuttle they advertised prominently on their site. Automated system. “If you come in after midnight, press 2.” I press 2. Fifteen rings and the system hangs up on me. Fifteen more rings. Hangs up again. Repeat and rinse four more times. So i try a new tack and call the “cancel my reservation” number and so eone talks to me right away. They kindly offer to help. They spend 45 minutes trying to get hold of the sleep inn front desk to find out what’s goong on. No luck. So the kind lady tells me the hotel will reimburse me for an uber. Now its really late. I take the uber. I tell the guy at the front desk i want them all o reimburse the fare. He squints forlornly, like i asked him yo do a calculus equation. Tells ne he can’t do that, i need to talk to the manager in the morning. But the managwr isnt there in the morning and the morning desk clerk tells me they “never in their history have refunded an uber.” So now i gotta go through the hassle of calling their corporate and shaking the tree for them to give me back my twenty five bucks. This was insanely stupid and terrible customer relations. Beware the midnight shuttle!!!
