    After driving 720 miles from Las Vegas, we decided to stop and stay at this hotel, and we are so glad we did! We arrived completely exhausted and were greeted by a wonderful staff member named Paddy. She was waiting for our arrival, had everything ready for us, and was incredibly efficient and welcoming after such a long day on the road.The next day, we decided to stay an extra night so we could explore a bit of Denver. After booking online, we went downstairs to check in and were greeted by Alissa, who was equally amazing. She made sure we could stay in the same room and gave us great recommendations on things to see and do around the area.The following day, before heading back on the road, we went down to the lobby to see if there was any way we could freeze our ice packs for the long drive ahead. Once again, we were greeted by Paddy, who went completely out of her way to help us out. That level of customer service truly made a difference and did not go unnoticed.The hotel’s location right off Highway I-70 was super convenient for us during our road trip. The entire property was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool and spa were a really nice added touch. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made everything even easier.Overall, this was an excellent stay with exceptional customer service. We would definitely stay here again!

    This is an older property that has had quite a bit of work to spruce it up. They have done a great job with that in my opinion. It is also located in a diverse neighborhood. If you need to stay in a place where all you see are people that look just like you or you need an ultra new hotel room this is probably not for you. I found this to be a wonderful stay option for a number of reasons. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The location is near a number of excellent dining options (many within walking distance). It is located right at an I-70 entry point which gets you started toward all Denver area attractions. It is a quick drive (barring traffic) to the airport. Last, but certainly not least, my number one reason for recommending this hotel is the staff is outstanding. My flight into Denver was delayed and eventually diverted to Colorado Springs at 1:00 am. I called a couple of times to make sure that my room was still being held. I was assured by Frankie both times that it would be waiting for me. Without going into the details of my travel nightmare...I arrived at Spark at 10:00 am the next morning having been up for 28 hours. My room was ready for me, the young lady at the front desk had been alerted to my circumstances, and I was able to get some sleep in short order. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and eager to help.I travel to Denver multiple times each year. This is a hotel I will happily return to on future trips.

    We had an amazing experience here! So many local(walkable) food places! All the staff was amazing but I’d like to especially thank Frankie and Darion!! Frankie was front desk when we checked in at 3 am, he was friendly, bubbly and so funny! The next day front desk was Darion, Darion was also amazing, he was friendly, bubbly and funny! They made information very easy to get, and they made my trip very enjoyable. An amazing staff makes all the difference I will definitely remember this place for my next visit!!! Never get rid of those guys!!

    Waited at the front desk for 12-15 minutes to check in, not because there was a line because no one was there. Finally get into a room and it reeks of air freshener and chemicals,someone emptied a can of Lysol in the room…. So I guess it’s clean. Beds are ok. Bathroom is so small when you sit on the toilet your shoulders touch the walls ( I’m 5’7). The area that the hotel is located in is rough. It is convenient to the highway, so that’s good I guess.

    The hotel grounds looks like they put paint over an old building, the landscape was dead, the surrounding area of the property is hood! I’m telling you, when my family drove up they were very surprised at what we booked for 7 nights!!!! This property was not cheap either , we payed over a thousand dollars for this room which was a very small room with a very small , small bathroom and fridge. The TV was the only thing nice in the room. My family is terrified to go downstairs to get breakfast!!! This place is a permanent residence for the public, people were hanging their clothes outside, loitering around the property. I am a silver member with the Hilton app and am so furious and disappointed in Hilton for even putting this property on their app! Please do not stay here, there is cheaper and nicer hotels in the area, Marriott was one of them. Definitely learned to research a lot more than trust what Hilton puts on their app.
