  Paying to park at a hotel your staying at.

  We love staying here when we fly out of Denver. This time we had to pay for parking at a hotel we were staying at. This is an 11.00 charge. We will not stay here anymore due to a second charge to park.

  The hotel manager (I think her name is Alicia) is the worst person I have ever met in my life. Arrogant and condescending. She yelled and screamed at me simply because I had booked two rooms at the same price, and when I arrived at the hotel, only one room at that price was available. She wanted me to pay more, even though I had already booked the second room. I asked if I could pay the same price, since it was the hotel’s mistake to accept a booking for a room that was not available. She said that was not how things worked there. She yelled, swore, and completely lost her temper in front of us and other customers, who ended up leaving. We never intended to charge you more; in fact, we provided a higher-tier room at your original booked rate to make up for the inconvenience.Our GM stepped in only when the conversation at the front desk became loud and distressing for our staff and other guests. We strive to maintain a professional and calm environment for everyone, and we regret that this misunderstanding escalated. We wish you the best in your future travels."

  No Shower Curtain and loud neighbors

  We checked into Spark Hilton after our trip was canceled (December 10, 2025) and checked out 12/11/25. Luckily we didn't drive because there is an additional charge for parking on their lot. We thought the room was pretty basic, but affordable. Someone next door was loud throughout the night and had their music on early in the morning. We didn't get much of a restful sleep. The music was loud enough that staff should have put a stop to it. In addition, there was no shower curtain and we informed the front desk when we checked out. Thankfully, there was a free shuttle service to airport. I'd have to think twice for us to stay there again.   Very unique hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was different and refreshing. Staff was great. Nice area with options.   Budget friendly but avoid Rm 214

  This is a budget friendly remodeled Country Inn & Suites. Hilton did a nice job with the physical refresh and there is a complimentary airport shuttle. Parking is paid. AVOID ROOM 214 - this is directly over the front door and 24-7 you hear the banging of the door opening and closing. The automatic doors HIT the enough force to vibrate the floor. Other than that clean and safe at a great price point.
