  Worse Than Terrible.

  We arrived and were immediately double charged. They refused to help and told us to call the management company. We did just that and got the same runaround. So we called the booking site and argued with the staff but to no avail. They were hostile and short with us. There was a glass vial and piss all over the room. There were hookers and drug deals the entire time. We addressed this but again they were not helping anything. I would give this a negative one if possible. NEVER go here.

  The pictures your hotel has posted are blatantly misleading. They show a clean, modern, well-maintained facility. In reality, what we walked into was a run-down, unsafe property that felt more like a condemned building than a hotel.Immediately upon arrival, we felt unsafe. Prostitutes were coming and going freely, walking around in thongs and high heels, in full view of guests. There are signs on the windows stating "Must Be Fully Dressed," so it’s clear the hotel is fully aware of the problem — yet it continues. This is not just unprofessional, it creates a deeply uncomfortable and unsafe environment for paying guests.Despite advertising the property as non-smoking, the overwhelming stench of smoke and weed permeated the entire hotel, including our room. This wasn’t a faint smell — it was embedded in the furniture, hallways, and HVAC system.We also found:Cockroaches in the room.An inch of dust along the baseboards and under the bed.Burn holes in the sheets and chair.A bathroom ceiling that appeared to be caving in, and a floor that felt weak and unsafe to walk on.Only five towels were given for a full week’s stay, with no follow-up from staff despite requests.Loud pool parties every night until 4 a.m. — right next to our room. There was no staff intervention, no enforcement of quiet hours, and no security presence whatsoever.Neighborhood individuals (who were clearly not guests) helping themselves to the complimentary breakfast, leaving little to nothing for paying guests.Terrible parking, which made it difficult to come and go safely.Filthy overall conditions, including disgusting blinds, neglected maintenance, and evidence of long-term neglect.We did not request a room change because it was obvious that this was not a one-room issue — the entire facility was in poor condition. Instead, we had to purchase cleaning supplies and sanitize the room ourselves just to be able to tolerate staying.

  BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!!

  Booked two rooms online as we were traveling throughout the day. When we pulled up there was a prostitute getting in a truck and two drunk guys walking into the hotel. The hotel worker was behind bulletproof glass. There was a busted out window in the lobby, the entire place reeked of weed, and the AC in the lobby wasn’t functioning properly. The carpets were so dirty it looked like they were covered in black grease. The rooms were dirty and very run down. We found live cockroaches. I do not recommend anyone stay here. We lasted less than 9 hours and we left. The place felt dangerous to the point that after we locked our door we used items to help barricade the doors. There were homeless people hanging out all around the hotel. BEWARE!!!!

  Warm Welcome, But Room Cleanliness Needs Attention

  I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful reception staff member who welcomed me on April 26, 2025. Though I don't recall her name, I won’t forget how warm, helpful, and solution-oriented she was.I had arrived well before the check-in time, and she went above and beyond to find me a room—making what could have been a long wait into a smooth and pleasant experience. Her openness and kindness truly set the tone for my arrival.That said, I did want to share one concern about the room itself. The bed sheets and cover had visible stains and didn’t appear clean, which made me uncomfortable. As a result, I used my own personal towels and slept on top of the bed rather than getting in.

  blood spatters on wall says it all

  The front desk, having confirmed our reservation earlier in the day, had no record of it when we checked in. They claimed to have WiFi. I guess they did but there was no connection to the internet.They had not turned on the wall heater/a.c. unit. When I woke up in the middle of the night freezing, I discovered this. The eighth-inch thick threadbare blanket wasn't much help in providing any warmth. Eventually the heater did turn on. I didn't see that it had been set to a temp of 80 degrees. When I tried to turn the heat back down, nothing happened. Could only turn the unit all the way off.It would have been nice to have a clean room, but alas...We didn't notice the blood spatters on the wall until the next morning.The coffee in the "breakfast bar" was o.k.
