    Meh stay, terrible breakfast.

    Rough check in, but friendly staff. Beds are rough. Terrible breakfast - no eggs, pancake machine broken, bagels - but no cream cheese, no creamer for coffee. We’re a family that banks on breakfast, which is why we booked this particular hotel.

    Disappointing stay. Disingenuous Employees

    We have stayed here before but this time was very disappointing. They say they have 24 hour front desk. My sister called the front desk but no answer. I went down to the front desk calling out for someone, waiting at least 5 minutes. When Thomas finally appeared he argued with me on how long I waited. He was nice in a very disingenuous way. Also not enough wash clothes in the room for the size of the room. We specifically asked for a room close to the front because we were traveling with our 87 year old parents who cannot walk very far but we were placed at the furthest room from the front desk. Why have an area were we can add a special request if you are not going to try to honor it. Keep in mind we traveled on a slower lower occupancy week day. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash was lovely however they have them mounted very high. I am petite but my sister is tall and she found them to be mounted high. Impossible for my parents to reach. Employees can make or break a stay and Thomas (no name tag, I had to ask his name) Madrid this stay very unpleasant.
