Location

Located on the quieter side of Key West, the tropical-style resort offers a complimentary shuttle service to the beach, 1.5 km away, as well as to Duval Street, the airport and the golf course.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 216 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including diving and a gym. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I simply had a glorious summer day with my friends at this resort. It was only for one night, so the highlight was our morning, which started with a delicious breakfast where David was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Afterward, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Finally, we just spent some time kicking back on our balcony.     nice enough hotel and cheaper than other options but not walk distance to Old town

    I stayed here on my trip to Key West because it was cheaper than staying closer to the main Old Town area. It's not quite as convenient as Old Town hotels, but it was nice that the hotel offered a free shuttle to this area as well as the beach.The hotel itself was nice enough and had a nice outdoor pool area, but I would probably prefer to stay in the Old Town area next time to be in walking distance of everything I want to do.     Just checked out April 14, 2026. I dont normally do reviews or file complaints, but in this case was compelled too. If you’re looking for a hotel where you want to feel not welcomed and treated with disrespect from the front desk, be put into a room next to barking dogs then look no further this is your place. Customer service is their last priority…but hey they have warm cookies upon arrival. I would stay clear of this hotel.
