    A Stay In Paradise!

    Gorgeous place to stay by the bay! Beautiful and very clean rooms and outdoor area by the water! Very fair prices! Lots of amenities here, including kayaking! Which was a delight! Very private for couples and families with small kids alike! They serve both well and guests are very respectful of each other. The staff is wonderful and kind as well! A very nice, quiet place to get away and enjoy!

    Oh dear... apart from the great location and lovely view from the dock, the stay and room was very disappointing and considering the price, the hotel did not match expectations. There was no enthusiastic welcome when we arrived and no information on how to get a beach towel or use of kayaks or any other facilities. We wanted to feel welcomed but missed any kind of genuine customer service and when we checked out there was no interest in whether we enjoyed our stay or any thank you for staying or for returning our beach towels - absolutely no comment at all. The room had definitely seen better days and was tired and dated looking with dirty aluminium window frames, chipped wooden bathroom door and marked metal chair plus dated kitchen area. There were no hooks to hang things on and these would have been useful in the very small bathroom for hanging towels. There was also nowhere to put things on in the room apart from a very small dining table. To cap it all, the cleaner sprayed a horrible smelling and lingering spray in the room while we were out which meant we had to open the door to get some fresh air when we got back. Now having read some other reviews here regarding the room layout where the hotel replied they would take note - it's clear they haven't done that at all but perhaps they aren't that bothered.

    I went for memorial weekend and this place is amazing.
