    Location was amazing near the water. Staff was super helpful and nice, great atmosphere! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.Value was great for my family.No noisy neighbors road was a bit loud but good for how close it was.Pool was clean, no fitness center, but great amenities!

    We booked the ocean view room with my parents that sleeps 6 in January. We called the day before to confirm our reservation and were told we were set for check in. We arrived today (March 16th) prior to check in time with our boat and were told our room wasn’t ready yet but we would be notified when it was. When we arrived back to the hotel after our room was ready we were given keys to a courtyard room which only had two double beds. After returning to the front desk, Andres informed us that our room had been given away and there were no other rooms available. We had to pack up 4 adults, 2 small children, 2 dogs, pull our boat out of the water and drive back home 2+ hours. I would absolutely NOT recommend the Hadley after this experience.     Exceptional customer service!! Was here this past weekend for a wedding and really enjoyed my stay. Jaylene is awesome and really was the bright smile we needed after such a long drive.     My wife and I greatly enjoyed our 5-day stay in the pool side villa. The villa was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed the attached parking alcove which came with the unit. During our stay we found the staff, in particular, Thomas (Ops mgr), Giselle (office mgr) and Bernadette (front desk) to be friendly, courteous and helpful.     Exceptional Service – Thomas Went Above and Beyond!

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. I especially have to highlight the manager, Thomas. He truly bent over backwards to help us find a room that was both affordable and perfectly suited to our needs. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and happy with everything. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcomed and valued.Thomas continued to go the extra mile throughout our stay. At one point the resort bike we were planning to use had an issue, and he made sure it was fixed for us right away so we could still enjoy our ride. His willingness to jump in and help with anything we needed really made the experience special.Bernadette was also wonderful. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming every time we interacted with her. It’s clear the team here truly cares about their guests.The resort itself was clean, convenient, and overall an awesome place to stay with great amenities. But what really sets it apart is the service. Thomas in particular made our trip memorable with his kindness, effort, and genuine hospitality.
