  Beautiful property, service was lacking. Breakfast at Kindlers was average, we had incredible food outside the resort. The service was extremely slow and charged incorrectly more than one time. We arrived the week of Memorial Day, not all the restaurants were open during our stay. We had to search for the ice and refillable water and one ice machine was broken the entire time. We had two separate issues with being charged incorrectly so check your bill prior to departure. We ordered food one day and wanted to charge to our room because we had a food/beverage credit, the system was down so we had to charge to our Amex. We then asked the front desk to make the adjustment and they refused. The pizza onsite was the best meal we had, the location was good and would possibly stay again but knowing not to have high expectations or a resort style feel.   Golfing by the water!!

  We had such a great first time experience golfing by the water. Erick was very try helpful and made it so fun for us!! Definitely recommend participating in this especially if you have children that can run back in the water to retrieve the balls to hit a few more!   Staff was outstanding! From Valerie at the front desk to Khady, our waitress at Kindler, the chefs and all other helpers, to Tess and her friend Alexa from the Netherlands to Francheska at Limon the veteran pro bartender at Hideawaay - Jack and, and and!!! What a great relaxing location especially the Cove! Special shout out to Kymani - the recreation attendant who set us up for kayaking!! You want a positive “island experience” this id a great place!   Jen is an amazing captain of the Rum Runner, and also very hospitable showing us where the lobby was to our sister resort! In addition, she even took our picture at the Tiki Bar!   Antoinette, Kymani & The Cove (5 stars!)

  Antoinette and Kymani made the beach at The Cove a great place for my wife and I to be, during our visit. Drinks, paddle boards, kayaking and great conversations were always easy to find when Antoinette and Kymani were around. Highly recommend spending time at The Cove during your stay!
