    Would not recommend this hotel

    rating28 Feb 2026

The only good thing on this trip was the friendliness of the front staff, but they did nothing to resolve our issues. There was no TV as they said the Internet was out and they would reset it, it never did work. The refrigerator was missing from the room and when reported they just acted surprised. There was a coffee set up in the room, but no coffee maker, they did say they would bring me one, but I declined as I would not have used it due to cleanliness issues. There was a mild odor in the entire room. The towel bar fell off the wall, and it was obvious it was never secured properly. The water pressure was abysmal and the tub drain so poorly that you stood in dirty water. Only one elevator for the entire hotel of four floors and only one icemaker in the far corner of the first floor. Breakfast was OK, nothing to write home about. I can’t say that I would recommend anyone to stay here even though we spent over $200 a night which is on the lower side, but definitely not up to Best Western standards. There was even an advertisement on the elevator door with an expiration date of February 1 and we stayed on February 28. Obviously lack of pride by management in this hotel.

Property is being revitalized. Because if my status we were upgraded to a suite.

    Wished we never stayed!

    rating09 Feb 2026

These photos are very deceptive. This is a run down and dirty property. The Best Western is dirty, in disrepair, and unacceptable. Many things are broken. The pool, the exercise equipment, and the elevator need repair. Our sheet had a big wear hole in it, the carpets were old and disgusting, and it needs a total renovation. Absolutely no pride of ownership. Do not stay here. The one and only good nite was a pleasant front desk lady.

    The worst hotel ever.

    rating28 Jan 2026

This place is so poorly maintained that it is an embarrassment to Best Western. No room maintenence, nothing works, no attention paid to all the malfunctiones, manager is rude, nasty, belligerent. Top manager is unresponsive. This is the worst excuse of a hotel I've ever stayed in.

    NOT FIT FOR A DOG

    rating22 Jan 2026

The breakfast was acceptable but not exceptional. The breakfast hostess was super unfriendly and actually on the rude side. She never smiled and when asked for something she was nearly hostile. Many times, some breakfast products had run out and was not replaced even though it was well over an hour before the end of the breakfast session. I went to the kitchen to ask for some release spray for the waffle iron AND I SAW HER HANDLING THE SAUSAGES WITH HER BARE HANDS!!!! -NO GLOVES?!?! Speaking of sausages, they were barely warm and didn't look very well cooked. I arrived early and since I could not get into the room that early I left my luggage at the front desk and asked if someone would call me when the room was ready so I could return and unload my vehicle. No one called me. When I returned to the hotel To check in I stated that no one called me. The lady at the front desk argued with me and said I was called. I checked my phone and there were no phone calls from any numbers in that area. I told her, "No, there's nothing on my phone from any numbers in this area." Again, she argued with me and said, we called everybody! What is going on with this hotel?! i've never encountered such rudeness. She was arguing with me when I had proof that no one had called me so basically she was calling me a liar! The room that I was assigned to had to be one of the worst possible accommodations I have ever encountered. I've stayed at truck stop dives that were better than this. The room was not clean. But worse yet, This was supposed to be an ADA room. There was no or shower wand holder in the shower; it was broken off!!!! The shower wand and hose was wrapped around the curtain rod. No one in a wheelchair would ever have been able to reach that. Once you got the shower wand down, there was no place to hang it. So you either had to shower with one hand or put the shower head in the handrail which caused it to spray all over the shower curtain. The shower curtain was At least three inches too short for the shower and all the water from the shower just ran all over the bathroom floor. ANOTHER HAZARD!! -Slippery, wet tiles! The inside of the shower floor was extremely slippery. I nearly fell twice. Where the shower slider had been was a PROTRUDING PIECE OF SHARP JAGGED METAL. If anyone would have fallen against that their skin would have been shredded. I had to go down to the front desk in my pajamas after I got out of the shower to ask for extra towels to mop the floor up with. I had used a hand towel to wipe the floor up a bit because it was so saturated and the hand towel that I wiped the floor with became disgustingly filthy from the nasty floor. I was to be gone several hours the next day so I asked if the shower could be fixed. IT WAS DANGEROUS and nearly unusable. I also asked if the bathroom light could be fixed. It wasn't working!! My top sheet had a big shredded hole at the bottom where my foot kept getting caught. I asked for housekeeping to change the sheets and replenish the towels. I returned about 4:30 pm and NOTHING was done. When I called Mary at the front desk, she said that maintenance couldn't fix it. Seriously?! They left that jagged, sharp piece of metal uncovered. There are inexpensive suction shower wand holders that could have been place for temporary use. The bathroom light- it takes 15 minutes to change out a light. Mary offered To let me change rooms. It's not as simple as that when you're a senior. I had a CPAP machine set up, I had a suitcase unpacked, I had three extremely heavy coolers and several shopping bags, a laptop and two bags of toiletry items all unpacked. Moving rooms would have been a major undertaking. Unless the hotel was gonna supply somebody to do the move for me I was too tired to do it on my own. I was forced to stay in this dysfunctional room. The sheets and towels had not been changed. I am a senior, nearly 70 years old and after a day of running around and shopping I was tired; I was exhausted. I just wanted to lay down. And yet I had to sit around and wait for housekeeping. I called Mary at the front desk and asked if housekeeping could do my room next. She said she would try and ask them. It took them about an hour to come to the room then she made me leave while she changed the linens?!
