  Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed at some bad hotels, but have never complained. The room smelled like mildew and smoke, the bedroom carpet had a small puddle. The couch and two chairs had more stains than not. The window handle broke in my hand and left the window stuck open. We checked out and moved hotel. They WOULD NOT refund my next two nights!!!! I now have to file complaints. STAY AWAY

  I went on February 14th with my girlfriend to stay for the night and watched the fire works at the fishing pier which was an amazing event! Natalia checked us in , super friendly and helpful leting us know about the event otherwise we wouldn’t have known ! Thank you!!

  The hotel is super good. Nice and clean. Affordable and close to everything. The office girls are very nice and help us all the time, especially Natalia who was super attentive and asking us if it was anything else we need. Love it! We will boom again when we are back to Florida.

  A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is pretty good. Comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was very attentive, especially Flavio, who helped me from the moment I arrived.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Health Hazard and Fire Code Violations — Avoid at All CostsI recently stayed at Club Lux Resort by the Beach in Florida, and it was without question one of the most concerning lodging experiences I’ve encountered.On day one, I discovered a dead cockroach and two live ones in my room. When I reported it to the front desk, I received no apology or action plan — only a dismissive, “Too bad, so sad.” A staff member openly admitted the building has an ongoing infestation. I requested immediate cleaning, which never happened.That same night, the room’s fire alarm began chirping due to a low battery. Instead of replacing the battery properly, a staff member entered my room and removed the battery entirely, disabling the fire detector. This is not only negligent — it’s potentially illegal and a direct violation of safety codes. The problem persisted night after night, as staff cycled through multiple used batteries in a futile attempt to silence the beeping. On the last night, the alarm continued to go off at 2 a.m. and again at 5 a.m. causing yet another sleepless night.Despite my repeated concerns, the hotel failed to provide a safe or habitable environment. After multiple sleepless nights and no resolution, I finally reported the issue to the local Fire Marshal to ensure the property is brought into compliance.Shortly after checkout, I received a call from the hotel informing me that I was now banned from the resort — not for any misconduct, but for reporting dangerous conditions to a regulatory authority. That in itself speaks volumes about their priorities.This property is not just poorly managed — it is actively unsafe. Between the confirmed insect infestation and tampering with fire safety equipment, guests are placed at serious risk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances.
