The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, golf and fishing are available. The water sports offered include banana boat rides. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. A spa, a sauna and steam bath are available in the wellness area. In the evenings, guests can unwind to live music.

    Great location near beach and wonderful pool on top floor with all day sun. Lively modern atmosphere. Rooms are decent, ours was a little worn and we had a leaky drip in bathroom exhaust fan. Expensive-side in terms of value, but cheaper than hotel. Clean, but not like a hotel as maids do not come daily but only upon request. Can be noisy on lower floors. Service is sub-par. We asked and paid for a water view, and only got a partial view of inter-coastal. Manager only offered to "help" at our next stay.     My daughter and I came for spring break-first time. hotel was recommended from a friend. the hotel is strange b/c its split north and south tower and now elevator or ramp to get up the steps when you check in which is tough with big luggage, but bell hops are quick and help fast. The best customer service and always with a smile was Jennifer, she helped with locations of places, elevator, and the towels. Her service with non stop smile was awesome and my daughter and I appreciated seeing her before going to the pool. Thank you Jennifer and keep smiling!     Expect lots of hidden fees. Parking $50/ night. Mandatory resort fee is $50/ night. These were not disclosed by our booking agent up front. Our room picture indicated a full kitchen with stovetop, etc. Actual room was a microwave only.
