    Canceled our reservation at 1am for no reason and made us sit outside with our babies until 3am...

    had to change my review.... we had a reservation to visit family and called the day we would arrive to have a baby bassinet in the room for us and the checked our reservation and agreed...we arrived later that night around 1am only to be told they canceled our reservation and were now booked full even though earlier in the day they confirmed it. so we had to sit outside with 3 babies from 1am to 3am trying to find a hotel and then magically they had a room become available at 3am which they proceeded to charge us MORE fore even though its the same room. To cancel a reservation for no reason without a call or email when the room was confirmed, we werent late, no problem with payments , and reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. disgusting customer service and will never stay here again Unreal. making a family sit outside in the middle of the night like that with babies they are just asking for confrontations

    The smell of sewage is unbearable.

    The smell defines this hotel! Do not minimize the reviews on this hotel that talk about the smell. There is a sewage treatment plant across the street and the smell is at times sickening. We had no idea so we called the front desk, thinking our bathroom was malfunctioning. The staff has a script that they have clearly been trained to use. “Thank you for letting us know. There is a sewage treatment plant across the street. We will call them to let them knowledge.” We would have moved out and found another hotel but it would have been a major hassle. They offer to bring air fresheners to your room. The smell of feces covered up with fake flower smell didn’t sound appealing. It’s sad because otherwise it is a nice hotel…clean, friendly check in staff, etc. It’s awkward that there is not bottled water (not even for purchase in the Grab and Go). Sadly, we won’t stay here again.

    The staff is kind and all but this hotel is by a water treatment center and it literally reeks of feces. The smell came through our air vents and you literally feel like you’re inhaling it. Thee worst experience. Save your money and go else where.

    Recent room remodeled and hotel has fresh new feeling. Breakfast had nice variety of hot and good food. Hotel manager Marc was very friendly and accommodating for our early flight arrival. Marc has friendly staff who work hard to keep the property clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Best Western hotel.
