    Stay away! Place deserves zero stars.Lousy, subpar hotel with safety concerns for women. Uncomfortable rooms with terrible beds.Poorly staffed & managed. Nothing pleasant about this hotel.Checked out after 1 day & fled to better accommodations down the road.

    BED BUGS!!! Narcissistic manager responses

    Stayed in room 114 for 5 days in February 2025. My friend broke out in what we thought were hives on the first morning. 3 days after getting home, I also broke out in an itchy rash. I went to the doctor because I thought I was having an allergic reaction to my medication. Nope, it was bed bug bites. Found out the bites can show up anytime from immediately to 14 days after bitten. I then read many reviews of this hotel and there were numerous reviews complaining about bed bugs. (One that said they also stayed in room 114). Management responded by telling people they were liars, needed a psychiatrist, needed an optometrist, said they didn’t have the intelligence to close the door to prevent bugs from entering, stating someone must have brought a bug infested dog into the room, and one of the most popular responses was that the people were mixed up about which hotel they stayed in because it surely wasn’t their hotel! So many things wrong with this hotel and if you read reviews on Hotels.com, Travelocity and other sites you will notice the same complaints are shared by many. Management refuses to take blame for anything and responds as any narcissist would. If it wasn’t such a serious matter one would think the responses from management were quite comical. Unbelievable how unprofessional management is. Berating and insulting people who have the audacity to leave a critical review. Steer clear of this place unless you want to experience two weeks of intense and miserable itching.

    First off those photos are a lie !!!! That yellow building is not this place .. only the second pic is them the rest is not them !!!! It's a two story hotel ... I don't get why put out photos that is not them .. this is b.s and it says free breakfast and that's a lie .. !!!!! This whole hotel is a lie... But anyways the workers are friendly

    Checked in after driving 12 hours. They put us in a unit that had no usable balcony. The only one that I can see like it in the whole complex. Signs everywhere saying keep off. When you step out onto the balcony there is a cement wall facing you. No daylight. An he seen. Asked to please find us any other unit available and they said they don’t do upgrades? I wouldn’t consider this an upgrade but rather a safe unit with outdoor space. Sad….very sad!!!
