I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed here to visit our son at FIU the weekend of January 23rd through 26th. All the Miami hotels were booked so we thought it would be fine to stay a bit outside the city. Hilton has been our preferred brand for years but our last few stays have been a disappointment. This particular hotel was the worst so far. The good: breakfast was acceptable and the room was clean. The bad: We had no hot water at the sink in the kitchenette, the bathroom sink nor the shower. We notified the front desk and ONE of the three of us staying in the room got a warm (not hot) shower that evening. But we never had hot water again the remaining days or nights we were there. Completely unacceptable. Also, right outside the front hotel entrance (and immediately below our 3rd floor bedroom window) was a seating area where people sat and proceeded to talk loudly in the early morning hours (i.e. 4am). Just overall not a good stay for the incredibly expensive rate we paid. Very disappointed.

The staff were terrific and friendly. The rooms were great, and well laid out (desk area between sleep and kitchen/bathroom) and comfortable. The pool and the fitness center were excellent. Enjoyed the stay. The breakfast bar was nice and had a decent variety. The location is a little confusing, but that's not something that can be changed. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the location.

This place starts off ok but the house keeping is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. They don’t do barely clean them gets an attitude when you have to tell them what they didn’t do as if it’s your problem, stuff as simple as the trash and thru never wash the dishes. Above all if you planning to stay for a couple weeks don’t plan on staying here . The prices are the only prices in the area that wil jump from $115 a night to $330 a night for no reason at all. We apologize that you had issues with housekeeping. As an extended stay hotel, we do stayover service every second day and a full clean on the fifth. This can be adjusted to your needs. if requested. We have rates for extended stays but there are special event periods where the rate is higher due to demand. Our rates are comparable to other hotels in the Miramar area.

Mi nombre es Wilfred Gonzalez me lleman Freddy soy de Puerrto Rico mi estadia solo fuer por una noche llegando Abril 6, 2024. Llegando temprano como a eso se las 1130am y sabiendo que el check in es a las 3pm y no hiba ver cuartos disponibles creo la que me atendio fue Vivian muy atenta y con una sonrisa me dio la bienvenida al hotel le dije que habia tomado un vuelo temprano y sabia que no hiba ver cuartos disponibles, Viviana verifico y si habian cuartos disponibles y me pudo hacer el check in. Hablamos un poco Y ademas estaba El señor Rene creo era el Gerante les dije que estarian llegando otros 3 amigos de Puerto Rico y estabamos en Florida para ir al Concierto de Madonna que seria al otro dia Domingo 6. Los dos Fueron muy amables. Llegando al cuarto me encontre con Rosa creo que es la Supervisora de Housekeeping Rosa muy amable si muy servicial. Les puedo decir todos los empleados de housekeeping fueron muy amables. Mi cuarto fue 405 una suite de dos camas y sofa cama el cuarto muy acojedor todo muy limpio camas muy comodas hasta el sofa cama tambien muy comoda y para mi sorpresa tenia una consina completamente equipada con microhondas y una nevera grande. Fue una experiencia my bonita los empleados todos exelente y amable ...los empleados del desayuno bien amable con una sonrrisa y super eficiente y dandole un buen servivio al cliente ,,,los del frontdesk Vivian, Rebbeca y Rene exelentes servicio y muy profecional ...yo regresaria de nuevo y tambien se lo recomedaria a cualquier persona....My name is Wilfred Gonzalez, they call me Freddy, I'm from Puerto Rico, my stay was only for one night, arriving April 6, 2024. Arriving early at around 1130am and knowing that check-in is at 3pm and I didn't see any available rooms, I think The one who attended me was Vivian, very attentive and with a smile she welcomed me to the hotel. I told her that I had taken an early flight and knew that I had not seen any available rooms. Viviana checked to see if there were rooms available and she was able to check me in. We talked a little and there was also Mr. Rene, I think he was the Manager. I told them that 3 other friends would be arriving from Puerto Rico and we were in Florida to go to the Madonna Concert that would be the next day, Sunday the 6th. They were both very kind. Arriving at the room I met Rosa, I think she is the Housekeeping Supervisor, Rosa, very friendly and very helpful. I can tell you all the housekeeping employees were very friendly. My room was 405, a suite with two beds and a sofa bed, the room was very cozy, everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was also very comfortable, and to my surprise it had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a large refrigerator. It was a very nice experience, the employees were all excellent and friendly...the breakfast employees were very friendly with a smile and super efficient and giving good service to the customer,,, the front desk staff Vivian, Rebecca and Rene had excellent service and very professional. ..I would return again and would also recommend it to anyone....
