    Worst place ever experienced

    This was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed in. Our flight got in late so we were past the office check in time. There are instructions to use the phone on the side of the building that, at first rang several times with no answer. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. We called the main number and were directed to what we were told was a supervisor who advised us to call and file a complaint in the morning. So at 1:00 am, no room, no response. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. One resident, guest, not sure who she was but she advised we bang on the back door because the worker” falls asleep”. After several attempts to wake her up she rudely gave us our room. The room… absolutely disgusting. Cigarette smoke smell, bug in the bathroom and on the kitchen wall. All walls are filthy. The bathroom fan looks like it is covered in black mold. If it was not 2:00 am by then we would have left. Thankfully after close examination, the bed looked good enough to sleep in and the towels were clean. In the morning another “ bug” crawling along floor. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. I hope somebody who cares actually reads these and does something about it.     The WORST!! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Roaches, the door appeared to have been previously kicked in, no hot water the first night, fire alarm went off two of the 3 nights we were there, front desk personnel do not care about customers, shower was dirty and had an open hole for the drain, ceilings patch repaired, toilet seat broken, filthy, and BAD environment! The photos on this website DO NOT accurately reflect the property! I took numerous photos of our disgusting room!! We couldn’t get another hotel, out we would have! They also REQUIRE a $100 deposit upon arrival, which odd not known until you arrive!     This Hotel overbooked my confirmed reservation. that was not honored when I arrived while avoiding Hurricane Milton and ordered to evacuate my area. I was left stranded with no hotels available in my vehicle overnight.     disgusting place to stay

    first thing the bed sheet was disgusting the toilet was flashing all night the was roaches run around the room , the room was smelly, people was out side with there pj. i chech in the and check out the same morning couldn't stay there. thatn't a hotel look more like a shelter because you can see people goin to work from there.     COCKROACHES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS

    The employee was on her cell phone on a personal call when I arrived at about 2:53pm. She said I had to wait until 3pm to check in. I sat there hearing her inappropriate personal conversation. I waited till 3pm. At 3 pm, I tried to check in and the employee at the front desk said “she’s not here,” while she’s still on the phone with her friend. She grabbed her purse and left. She didn’t even explain that the next employee was late. There was no one at the front desk at all.More people started to arrive to check in and there was still no one in sight. We waited about 15 minutes. One of the other guests, as there were 3 people behind me in line, called corporate. Corporate was notified that no employees were present at the front desk. We all complained once the employees arrived, but they just laughed it off and no one apologized.At about 1:30am, my first night there, drunk people started to yell violently in the hotel parking lot and woke me up. They might have been using drugs by the way they were acting. There's no security here. I couldn't sleep. Later that afternoon, another guest opened my door with their key card, which is a major compromise to guest safety. Why are they assigning the same key cards for different rooms?There were cockraches in the room. I attached a photo here. I called Corporate and management stated they would be issuing a refund. Then they emailed me and claimed they never said that and flat out lied. They charged me $138.10 a night to stay at a disgusting, unsafe, motel-like hotel with cockroaches. Most of the guests were African-American. It's sad to say that corporate and management feel they can be so negligent, rude, and unprofessional because this demographic is not usually the type to complain. The Florida Department of Health needs to conduct an investigation for code violations at this hotel. WORST hotel stay ever. STAY anywhere else!
