    Filthy StayMain areas of hotel are absolutely filthy and in need of attention. Staff are less than friendly. The venue had one very dirty elevator. Take the stairs!

    The staff is pretty friendly except the lady that deals with the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, however saw a few roaches and smoke was coming through the vents strongly which gave me a headache and I had two smaller kids with me 9 and 6. Altogether the stay was pretty good, pool needed to be cleaned more often but my kids had a good time.

    Avoid at all costs. The rooms are filthy, smelly and dated. There is nothing to recommend about this hotel. Wyndham should be embarrassed it’s an absolute disgrace. The staff were nice but defeated by the grossness of this dirty hole. No towels were available apparently a shortage. Cockroaches were more at home than we were.

    We arrived early evening on a Tuesday. There are no upgraded rooms at this hotel. I have a corporate discount and have had wonderful rooms before. This was not true in Ft. Lauderdale. The room had dirty carpet with multiple stains, cigarette burns in the sheets, and a rusty bathroom with a dirty tub. The toilet had a ring on the inside of it. The ceilings were heavily popcorn ceilings. We stayed in a room next to the big fan/compressor/generator/whatever that thing is. It was obnoxiously loud to the point we could hear it from inside our room. So, apparently it’s common to not have your room made up unless you ask for it. So don’t expect fresh towels or a made bed. My husband called the front desk and asked why the room wasn’t made up. Again, you have to ask for it. He said ok, I would like it for the next two days. So they made sure to come the following day, and also made sure to not come the day after that. The breakfast was ridiculous as well. I can make my own waffles but forget about syrup. So I settled for jelly. The only jelly available was apple jelly. I hate apple jelly. The person attending to the breakfast would wait until someone would tell her that something was empty. She had to be reminded to refill the yogurt or refill the bagels. They have little tiny cups for the coffee to ensure that you burn yourself when trying to drink coffee. Don’t drink the coffee, it is the worst tasting coffee ever. Maybe they don’t clean the machine…EVER…Multiple guests are allowed to have dogs. We saw multiple areas of dog poop that were never picked up. This hotel attracts guests that you don’t want to meet anywhere else. The first night we met a man with multiple tattoos, a beer in his hand, and a box cutter in his pocket. When we parked our car for the first time, there was a scroungy man sitting on the wall drinking. We felt uncomfortable leaving our things in our room especially if someone is watching. I would not recommend this no tell motel to anyone. We came here to stay before leaving on a cruise. We will never ever stay here again.

    The front desk/check in girl Lareina was very professional and accommodating. The hotel manager Janae was excellent as well. The staff was awesome. I had an issue with my a/c and Randy had it fixed in a few minutes. The pool and jacuzzi are always kept clean.
