  I booked a 3 night stay at May Dee Suites and had one of the worst check in experiences I have ever dealt with. They never sent me any email with their operating hours, and there was no information online either. My flight arrived late, and I showed up at the property around 12 AM. The office was closed and there was no one available to check me in.There were no instructions for late check ins, no emergency contact, and nobody answered the phone even though I called multiple times and left a voicemail. Because of this, I had to walk 15 minutes with my luggage to a nearby motel just to have somewhere to stay for the night.When I spoke with the manager the next day, he blamed the situation on Super.com saying they did not provide my information. He refused to acknowledge that they failed to communicate anything important. I asked for a refund for the night I could not check in. The manager refused and told me to contact Super.com. I called Super.com in front of him. They were unprofessional and even hung up on me several times. When they finally contacted the manager, he still refused to approve a refund.I decided to drop the issue to avoid more problems. Later, I asked if he could extend my checkout time because my flight out was at 4 PM and normal checkout was at 11 AM. After all the inconvenience they caused, I expected at least a small gesture of courtesy. He said he could only extend my checkout to 12 PM for free and nothing more.This hotel showed no accountability, no customer service, and no willingness to help even when the issue was completely on their side. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Guests using this provider should be aware that reservations often do not include full contact information and that late arrivals are not reliably communicated to the property. For this reason, it is especially important for guests booking through Super.com to be proactive in contacting the property directly before arrival, particularly if arriving after hours.Our office hours are 9:00 AM–6:30 PM daily. When advance notice of a late arrival is provided, we make every reasonable effort to arrange alternative check-in instructions. In this case, no advance notice or usable contact details were received. Office hours and after-hours instructions were clearly posted on the office door.The following morning, management made multiple efforts to assist. We offered a full refund for the unused night if the guest chose not to stay, despite third-party booking restrictions. We also provided a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was the maximum possible due to an incoming reservation requiring proper room preparation.Refunds and billing adjustments for Super.com reservations must be authorized directly by them. While we attempted to coordinate through their booking channel (Expedia), final decisions are controlled entirely by Super.com and are outside of our authority.Third-party discount platforms may offer lower rates, but they often come with limited support, reduced flexibility, and communication issues. Guests who need flexibility, late arrivals, or direct assistance are strongly encouraged to book directly with the property or through standard platforms such as Expedia or Booking.com.We remain committed to professional service and clear communication and appreciate feedback that helps future guests make informed booking decisions.

  This was a pleasant surprise in every respect: location, accommodation and service. My corner apartment on the second floor, too large to be a hotel unit, was well-equipped, spacious and quiet. While I would have liked to have had a dishwasher, the kitchen served my needs well and was spotlessly clean when I arrived. I received a full servicing during my stay and found the office to be pleasant and responsive. I could get to the i-95 ramp in 5 minutes from the property. Highly recommended.   What a gem! We usually head to one of the big chains, but the convenience of this location to our son's apartment, and the great reviews, led us to May-Dee Suites. The room was huge! Separate bedroom, bath and kitchen, as well as a living room made this the ideal set up for a multi day trip. The inn managers are great communicators and very helpful. Highly recommend!   Great stay for family

  Stayed here thanksgiving week. Decided to stay here because of the two bedrooms and full kitchen (I was able to cook a full thanksgiving meal). Room clean and comfortable. The retro pink bathroom only room not updated. Parking and street noise only small issue. Staff friendly at check in. Close to I95 and turnpike. Will stay here again when visiting the area.   Fine except for the bed/bedding

  The place was attractive. I can sleep anywhere but the bed in our room needs to be replaced. It no longer felt stable or supportive. Wish we had tried the pool but didn’t get to it. Hideabed did not have a comforter provided and no one at the office late to ask for anything other than the single stiff uncomfortable blanket. My 11 year old did not feel comfortable as a result.
