  Location to airport and cruise port was great ,but went down hill when we walked in the room cigarette burns on bath and toilet lid and seat ,seat didn't sit right loose .doorways filthy badly patched up holes in wall . Dont even know what that was on the chair .No tea/coffee making facilities in room .I know you get what you pay for but stayed in other 2 star places and they provide kettle, microwave,hairdryer, even a fridge, only thing this provided was WiFi n cockroach. Definitely won't be back.

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. If you have other options, I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else.We stayed there for about a week and the service was practically nonexistent. Our room was never cleaned, even after we asked more than once, and getting basic things like towels felt like a struggle.What really stood out was the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely uninterested in helping guests and often came across as rude or dismissive. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about the customers or the experience people were having.The room itself also had a strong humidity smell and was missing several basic things you would normally expect in a hotel room. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and far from what we expected. 😕

  This is straight out of a horror show.Black mold.Infested with bugs.No Blankets-answer from rude chamber maid was no, not in the budget.No soap same rude answer- not in budget.Tv didn't work -no batteries in remote.Called front desk and was told the manager would be right up, -no show, and they couldn't call because the phone also didn't work, we had to call the front desk from our cells,Half of a lock on the door.Called Taxi to come take us to another hotel, that was safe and clean, but cost us a lot, it was worth it.Reported this place to Board of health, hotel/motel inspectors.Eventually Fort Lauderdale does not take care of the hotels they should be responsible for.So, I am putting this scary information to any and all who think the pictures are accurate on the webpage.Highly recommend you scroll past this property. Thank you to the cabby who eventually said he would take us. ( we grabbed a cab someone who was coming to the motel to stay, who we warned to check out the room before agreeing to stay there)

  This hotel is just a dumpster. Our room had no toilet paper, soap or shampoo. Customers accumulated in the reception complaining Pathetic and low life hotel. AVOID!!

  I have never stayed at such a filthy place in my life! The pictures on the Expedia website show a bright beautiful orange room. That was not the case! There were holes in the walls. The door barely closed because it looked as though someone had kicked it in. There was no toilet paper, shampoo or soap in the room. There were drugged up people staggering around the property. I saw pit bulls and cats looking out the windows. I feared for my life staying there.
