    DO NOT STAY HERE! The place is falling apart. Stove top didn't work & toilet didn't flush & there's MOLD!!!!

    We couldn’t stay at this hotel due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The first room had mold on the ceiling, was falling apart, and several appliances didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush, and there were cable wires across the floor, which felt dangerous. Staff showed us another room, but it had the same issues. We left immediately and had to find another hotel. This property needs serious attention before it’s suitable for guests. And they wouldn’t refund our money!!!

    I had a reservation through Orbitz and afternoon of check-in I ran into a problem with my flight. It was a 315pm flight that kept getting delayed and after 8 hours I had to cancel. I called the hotel and advised that I would have to cancel as I couldn’t find another flight. I followed up the next morning and spoke with Tony and asked about a partial refund or credit for a future stay. He advised me to call Orbitz as any refund would have to come from them. I did and Orbitz agent said that the hotel would have to agree and she called the hotel. She then told me that Tony was very argumentative and would not agree. Bottom line these folks lie and may be illegally charging tax, etc. for canceled reservations. I would advise to stay away from!

    Very loud. Very dingey. Dirt was on the floor, end tables not wiped down, hair in the shower, sand in the bed. Kids screaming all night running in the hallways. Won't be back.

    The Hotel was much better than I expected for the cost. It is right across the street from the beach at a 1/3 to 1/4 the cost of the big hotels on the beach. The Hotel is under going renovations and updating the rooms. I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. The staff and service is excellent!!! This is a family run hotel and they pride themselves on making your stay enjoyable. To top it all off, I left a valuable behind in the room and I had to call back from Texas to see if they could retrieve it which they did. It would have been easy to say it wasn't there but these are good honest people and returned my property to me. You WILL NOT find that kind of service in the corporate-run hotels on the beach. You are better off saving a few bucks staying here and getting far better service for your money.

    Absolutely filthy and moldy. Hole in bathroom ceiling where the light should have been. The mold smell is strong, the loud music at the pool could be heard in our room. Two doors in our room, one to the office, one to the unknown. Felt very unsafe. Ended up leaving after Expedia tried to get our money back and the hotel refused.
